About this property

Lovely 4th floor condo with a perfect view of the beach and surf. It has a 9 foot ceiling that gives it an open and airy feel, and a large curved balcony that can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom.

This is a well equipped and well maintained beach front property in the quieter West Beach area of Gulf Shores. It is also close to good restaurants, souvenir shops and a convenience store just across the street.

Kitchen has granite counter tops, new kitchen appliances and is fully stocked with cookware and cooking utensils for those who enjoy cooking at home.

Island Royals building is a fully equipped, modern complex with a Gym, Sauna and Steam room on the third floor. Heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools and an indoor and outdoor hot tubs. A grilling area is available for guests with charcoal grills.

Our first visit to Gulf Shores was an amazing find for both of us and when we found our condo we fell in love with it and the feeling of comfort and warmth it provided. Knowing that we live and work in Texas will prevent us from enjoying the place year round, we decided to share it with others and hopefully it will give you the peace and tranquility we experience every time we visit.

Plusses and minuses

Plus glad you have a rocking chair thats a plus Well stocked kitchen however we had to use the wok to make our omelete which was a little rough so i bought a small frying pan and left it for you. Glad you have a dishwasher but paper plates are so much easier so i left some for you. Good lighting but could have used a nightlight in the guest bathroom.. Nice selection of wine glasses but no cork screw. Safety issues it woukd be safer for all involved if the bath mats were none skid/slip. Also grab bars in bathrooms could also add a measure of safety. Really enjoyed our stay but you need a new guest book for comments. I have pictures of 2 cleaning issues that need to be addressed, but i dont know how to send them to you. One is how dirty the floor is and the other is how filthy one commode was.

Perfect Getaway

The location, condo, cleanliness, ocean view was all perfect. Of all the places I’ve stayed this was the best! Our family enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to stay!!

Our first visit to Gulf Shores was an amazing find for both of us and when we found our condo we fell in love with it and the feeling of comfort and warmth it provided. Knowing that we live and work in Texas will prevent us from enjoying the place year round we thought why not share it with others and hopefully it will give you the peace and tranquility we experience every time we visit. Here are few deciding factors we considered when making this condo our second home: The sound of the surf. The beach is right there at your fingertips!! Nine foot ceiling gives our home a roomy feel. None of that trapped in a shoe box feeling. Elegantly furnished, with everything needed for a comfortable stay Our condo is on the fourth floor. Close enough to hear the surf, but not too high to cause a nose bleed. The complex is very well equipped with an indoor/outdoor pool, exercise room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Wide roomy balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Additionally, we provide services such as wireless internet access inclusive in the rental rates.
