This luxury condo is located in-between Gas Town and Yale Town. Amenities to this unit are ideal. There are two major grocery stories just minutes from the condo. Costco being one and TNT being the other. Five star restaurants and coffee bars are also within walking distance. If you would like to do some touring then hop onto the Aqua bus. Going to Grandville Island is a breeze. You can also take a bike ride around the sea wall and enjoy the ocean and Stanley Park. This condo is close to just about anything that you would like to do, whether that be shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing in a coffee bar.

About Hellena

My three children visit and I visit Vancouver several times a year to visit my family. Since we have been doing this for many years, we felt that we needed a place of our own.

Hence this condo. We love being right in the heart of downtown. Shopping is easy and doing activities with the children is even easier. My daughter takes ballet here in Vancouver in the summers and the two boys enjoy taking art classes on Grandeville Island. So it is very convient for us. we love and enjoy this place as we hope you will too.

Why Hellena chose Central and Downtown Vancouver

The reason why I would choose this property is that not only has it been updated and renovated, but you also have a private courtyard, a very modernized exercise equipment and room, a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Grocery stores, restaurant, coffee bars, pharmacists, hair salons, dog groomers are all just minuets away. Literally all you have to do is go downstairs and out the building and everything is there. In addition, on a clear day, you can see the beautiful mountains peaks from the bedroom windows. It's a nice sight when getting up in the mornings.

We wouldn't recommend.

This is the second place we stayed in Vancouver in the past month while on holidays for a few days each time and I must admit it wasn't up to scratch for us (and we did have something of equal cost to compare to that was in a better part of the city). There were lights not working in the ensuite bathroom, the fan in the main bathroom didn't work. The cupboards were full of baby gear (portable cot, high-chair and a single fold up bed) which meant there was only very limited space for our luggage on the lounge room floor. The area certainly did not feel safe in the evening (many drug affected people, noise and we even saw violence in the street outside and an arrest in the early evening as we walked to dinner with 5 police in attendance). There were no tea towels for wiping up and no tea or even powdered milk (although there was coffee and sugar). GThe sheets on the bed did not feel fresh. On the plus side communication was good, it was easy to check in and it was reasonably clean apart from the sheets.

Close to everything we needed; beautiful, comfortable accommodations

Vancouver was the third stop on our vacation and the only non-hotel; Hellana's condo was a pleasant change from the cramped hotel stays. The pictures are spot on; the location is central to everything we needed; and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with our fresh finds from Granville public market. We were even able to see a bit of the fire works in English Bay, during the first night of the Festival of Lights. Cant wait to return.

Perfection!

This condo is everything it claims to be and then some. It is clean, modern and comfortable. However, for us, one of the best perks was having the skytrain station just around the corner. It's great for accessing most areas of the city that we weren't able to walk to from the condo. Nearby, were a slew of options for shopping and dining. We had a spectacular visit to Vancouver before our Alaskan cruise.

Great location! Neat, clean and modern as advertised. Easy check-in and out process. Across from Rogers Arena and walking distance to Gastown. Great for short stays. Only recommendation would be to add room darkening shades in the bedrooms. Love it and would rent again!
