Resort Features: Wyndham Vacation Rentals is proud to present Payday condominiums, which are located adjacent to the picturesque ponds of Park City Golf Course. These multi-level units are located a half mile from Park City Mountain Resort and are on the free citywide shuttle route, and across the street from the new Silver Star Chairlift, with easy ski access. Cross-country skiers will enjoy the ski-in/ski-out access on the golf course.

Lodging Features: This 3-bedroom plus loft/3-bath condo offers a full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining area, washer/dryer and bright, cheerful decor. The loft is accessed through the queen bedroom, providing sleeping for up to 12 people. Bedding includes a king in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, two double/twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, and a set of twin bunk beds plus two twins in the loft. Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub after a full day on the slopes. For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.

At Wyndham Vacation Rentals, we make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.

Location: One-half mile from Park City Mountain Resort; across the street from Silver Star chairlift; two miles from historic Main Street

Transportation: On the free citywide shuttle route for easy access to both resorts and Main Street

Funky odor, very cramped

The Wyndham people did everything they could, but the problems with this townhome couldn't be fixed. There was an odor in the foyer and downstairs master bedroom; it reminded us of a public bathroom (urine, sewer-type smells). There was also an odor upstairs, so much so that we had to buy scented candles to sleep. We had to open windows (in freezing temps) to air it out daily.

Besides the smell, it was just a very small, cramped space with little drawer storage for our clothes. Likewise, there wasn't much room to move around; even though the unit "sleeps" 14, it really doesn't accommodate that many people comfortably. The dishwasher was broken, so the Wyndham people sent someone to wash dishes daily. The dryer took several cycles to get clothes dry.

Admittedly, we've been spoiled to ski in/out locations on all other ski trips, so it was a pain in the you-know-where to load up our gear, walk to the bus stop, wait for the bus, and then hike from the drop-off location to the slopes at the base. (We had one in ski school so couldn't take advantage of the lift across the street, although it was still a bit of a trek to that.)

As I mentioned, the Wyndham people did everything they could; it was just a bad stay for us and we're calling "never again" on a non-ski-in/out place.

Great Condo - Walk to Ski Hill

Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids had a wonderful stay at Payday 192, and we would happily chose to rent again.


-Hot Tub on the balcony

-Walk to lift

-Plenty of beds

-Nice size kitchen

-Working fireplace

-Great windows and light in all spaces

-No condos above or below so very quiet

-Washer and Dryer in unit


-Bunk bed room with queens on the bottom are missing some slats and so not the most comfortable

-Could use more hooks to hang towels, suits, ski gear

-No "Misc" cabinet in kitchen with things like coffee filters, s&p, oil, etc

-DVD players in main room finicky/didn't work
