3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Sleeps 8

1850+ square foot 4 season home with 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 full bathrooms. There is a first floor bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath across the hall. The second floor has 2 bedrooms; one with a full size bed and the other with 2 twin size beds, there is an open loft with a futon that opens to a full size bed and another full bath rounds out the second floor. The first floor has an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with cathedral ceilings and a wood stove. The deck is 40 x 10 and is sun soaked for most of the day. Off of the dining area is a screened porch for bug free enjoyment of the fresh NH air.

The basement is finished with a 56' inch TV, a video game containing 40 games from the 80's and a dart board. It is a great place for the kids to hang out and leave the adults alone.

great house, had an awesome weekend!

  • 5 of 5

We were in town for a wedding nearby and were pleasantly surprised that the location of the house was an even closer proximity to the location of the wedding than we originally thought. The house was great, lots of room, and we loved the finished basement. It was a rainy weekend, so the enclosed porch was great to sit and relax without getting wet. We had a few pre-wedding events to attend to on the day of check in, and Todd was great about letting us check in a little early. Overall, it is a great house, the owners were very flexible and easy to work with, and we are looking forward to coming back to stay for a weekend this summer!

Great location, comfortable, and flexible hosts

  • 5 of 5

It was great to have a dog friendly place to stay, and the hosts were very flexible with allowing us to check in early and leave a little later. The house was great, and location ideal to the activities we wanted to do. The only slight inconvenience was bringing our own towels and linens, which just meant more packing for us, but certainly not a deal breaker.

Perfect lake vacation week!

  • 5 of 5

We just came back from a great week away. The owners were great to work with and the house is large and accommodating. My husband, children and guests enjoyed the finished basement with video gaming system. The kids especially loved having their own separate space to hang out. We will definitely be back. We have rented in this community for 8 years and love the private beach which also includes a fishing lagoon and playground. For recreational hikers there are trails nearby and for shoppers the North Conway outlets are not far away.

Gunstock ski week

  • 5 of 5

We were fortunate to spend a week at Todd and MaryAnn''s vacation home. The view from the second floor loft was lovely. Beautiful and we'll maintained house.

Todd was very helpful...answering all of our questions and offering expert dining advice. Great that he welcomed our dog.

We were in town for Francis Piche invitational ski race. The travel to Gunstock was roughly 40 minutes...not a difficult ride.

How nice to have a comfortable home for our week-long stay.

Thank you Todd & MaryAnn

Great winter getaway for family

  • 5 of 5

What a beautiful house and awesome area. Great views and landscape. Really close to alot of places, conway outlets, snowmobile rentals and trails, skiing tubing etc. Could only imagine how great the area is in summer. The house is really comfortable and roomy and the owners are very helpful and accommodating, great people to deal with and extremely happy to rent from again and probably gonna make it a yearly thing. House is setup great for familys and very clean. Quiet neighborhood also . great place for kids with finished basement having games and a tv is a great setup for kids to hangout. Alot of kid movies in the loft for them also. You couldn't ask for anything else, or find a better place to stay. Hands down best house I've ever rented and cant wait to go back. Really makes you feel like your at your own second home. My family and I loved it. Only bad part is the fact at some point i have to leave and go back home. Lol .Awesome!!!!!!!

For summer rentals there is an optional weekly beach parking pass. The beach is private and requires a pass to park the fee was $75 / week for the 2015 summer and is set by the Suissevale Association. I assume the fee will be similar for summer 2016. Without the pass you can't park your car at the beach. You can decide on this up until June 15, 2016.
