This unique self-contained apartment, as featured in NZ House and Garden magazine March 2015, is located in the heart of Martinborough within walking distance of cafes and restaurants or cycle to Vineyards for tasting and lunch.
Relax and soak up the sun on the private patio or light the brazier and BBQ in the Alfresco (outdoor dining area). The cottage enjoys underfoor heating in the bathroom, double glazing and plentiful gas hot water.
It is down a private driveway surrounded by "parklike" grounds and was established by the family that setup "Oriental Parade" apartments and the barn in Dublin Street (now the "French Barn"). Designed by the owners with the help of Matthew ter Borg Architect who also worked on the barn. The apartment is where it's owners lived in comfort for 13 months while their house was being built next door.
Ideal for romantic weekend away or business person wanting the comforts of home away from home. Off street parking available for one vehicle.
Toast Martinborough food and wine festival, which is the 3rd Sunday in November annually, is a minimum 3 night stay.

A fantastic property that had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to the vineyards for lunch, and to the village in the evening for dinner. My wife particularly enjoyed the heated floor tiles in the bathroom. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside in the sun. We'll definitely be back.
Beautiful and luxurious place for a getaway with lovely personalised touches! Good location as an easy walk to the wineries or into town. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone ??
Lovely quiet and relaxing location and well appointed.
Lovely place to spend some peaceful time. Would definitely stay again. Can I suggest a full length mirror, (Separate to the one in the bathroom) dressing for a wedding a little difficult without the mirror.
Lovely to be able to walk into town. The Coachhouse was beautifully appointed with high quality furnishings etc. Very cosy and relaxing place to be.
Couldn't find a hair dryer but otherwise most impressed! Will plan to return.
