Fully renovated modern, 3 bedroom, 2 bath stylish, full finished basement, spa-like lakefront home with fully stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ grill. Large deck overlooking the lake provides an ideal spot for romantic sunrise or sunset dining. Bring your boat, watercraft or just yourself and leverage the nearby fine dining, sightseeing or shopping surrounding Lake Sinclair. A nearby boat ramp allows easy access for your boat -- dock it right in front of the house or in the empty boat house. The dock provides a great base of activities for water sports, lounging, fishing, sunbathing and swimming. Historic Madison, Washington, Milledgeville as well as Oconee shopping are a short drive away and beckon for exploring and discovery.

Relaxation at the lake

The house was very clean and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is the limited accessibility in the bathrooms. We were traveling with my elderly mother and she had great difficulty getting in and out of the tub due to the high wall with lack of sturdy support bars.

Girl’s Weekend

What a wonderful property! The home was so cozy and well appointed. My two best friends and I needed to get away and unwind. It was even better than we thought it would be! One of my friends and I are already planning on coming back with our husbands! The only drawback was how secluded the property was. We stocked up on food and burrowed in for the weekend. It was just enforcing us to unplug and relax. Awesome property!❤️

Mini vacay

The home was beautiful, absolutely beautiful. The view was breathtaking. We booked the place so that we could attend hippiefest. Over all just nice quiet place to relax. Hippiefest was family friend and a great experience too. Highly recommend.
