No 8, a wonderful private two bedroom apartment for your short term let, is securely positioned in the heart of Sumner, Christchurch's popular seaside suburb destination with easy access to the many restaurants, cafes and bars and within eyesight of the beach.

Sumner is just a short drive from central Christchurch and staying at Number Eight means surf, swimming, walking, biking and utilising the Port Hills playground is all at your doorstep. So after a busy day in the largest city on the South Island, the "garden city" of Christchurch return home to your luxury apartment accommodation and the pleasures of a delightful seaside village.

No 8 is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom apartment featuring a large comfortable lounge/dining area opening onto a balcony with eyesight of the sea. The lounge has the latest entertainment equipment including a wide screen television, DVD player and home entertainment system. The kitchen is well kitted to make dining in house a home from home experience. The two bedrooms are configured one queen bedded room and one twin bedded room and are serviced by a large tiled bathroom with a shower and separate full size bath. The utility room has a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided. Car parking is provided in the off street private car park.
