O Hotel Riviera é muito bom. O apto alugado pelo Sr. Thiago também é bom, no entanto ele esqueceu de me informar que um dos sofás-camas estava quebrado, sem condições de uso para dormir. Devido a esse fato tive alguns problemas/transtornos para adequação da minha família no apto. No mais o apto é bom e confortável. Sugiro que quem desejar alugar este imóvel, pergunte primeiramente se o proprietário já arrumou ou substituiu o móvel danificado. A avaliação feita foi somente pelos transtornos. Se não tivesse com certeza daria nota 5.

Excelente apartamento

Ao chegar tive um aborrecimento, pois o horário de check in informado era as 13h, porém cheguei as 16h, o apartamento não estava pronto e fui informada que deveria esperar uns 40 min. Apesar do ocorrido, a estadia foi tranquila, o serviço de quarto é eficiente, o apartamento é limpo, organizado, exatamente como está no anúncio. O clube do condomínio é limpo e não estava cheio. O proprietário é bem tranquilo e a negociação foi muito simples. Gostei bastante e pretendo voltar!
