We loved the modern decor and sceened-off bedroom area. The flat is cozy and warm in winter yet has lots of natural light. A great pleasure was the secluded and private garden area. A carport at the front means you can get from the car to the flat in the rain without getting wet!
Very clean and quiet, modern accomodation. Centrally located - minutes from eating places rated amongst the top in Auckland. (Flavour Cafe, The Engine Room, Eight Point Two, Takapuna Beach Cafe). Close to supermarkets. Perfect if wanting to study. Lovely welcoming family. Cat. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends with similar needs/interests.
I enjoyed the fact it was more spacious that a studio at a hotel, there was a convection oven with all the utensils you would have at home. The area and view was marvelous. Very quiet. Would enjoy staying in the summer to be able to open the French sliding doors and use the outdoor setting. Bliss
