Absolute Beachfront Stanmore Bay

Stunning 2 bedroom house situated right on beautiful Stanmore Bay beach. House is set in sub-tropical gardens and has private direct beach access . It is situated on an elevated north facing site with panoramic sea and beach views. There is great swimming directly in front of the house and 2 kayaks are available on request. Good off-street parking. Not suitable for small children.

House is 5 minutes' drive from Whangaparaoa or Silverdale shopping centres, 30 minutes to Auckland city (off peak) and 1 hour to airport (off peak).

1 bedroom has a Queen bed, the other 2 singles. Fully-equipped kitchen with open plan dining and lounge . Laundry available on request. (sky T.V.), gas fire. All linen provided. gas barbecue.

Price $300 with a $100 cleaning fee
