Warm terracotta and ocean hues greet you as you walk through the door of this beach front unit. The sound of the ocean is a constant companion and relaxation is something that creeps up on you in a very short time of entering this unit. Laze on the balcony or your own private roof deck watching the ships sail by or the ever-changing vista on your door step.

Features include two double bedrooms, the main with a Queen bed and ensuite and the second bedroom with 2 single beds, large open plan living area, ceiling fans throughout, air-conditioned, fully self contained with comfortable furnishings private roof top all with views that will never be lost and secure parking for your car.The complex also includes a resort pool, BBQ area and lift.

Located on the Coastal Walkway, it is essentially on the sand of Kings Beach however, just a short level walk along the boardwalk takes you to the heart of Caloundra's CBD, restaurants, cafe's and shopping strip. Whether you like to fish, walk, shop, swim or simply do nothing, you will be spoilt for choice!

With Pillows and Blankets provided please be advised you will need to supply your own linen (including all sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, teatowels, bath mat and hand towel)
