Now with central air conditioning! This is one of two carriage house apartments next door to my home (see 2-bedroom/2 bath listing #368828), in the heart of the Santa Fe historic district. Both apartments are newly renovated inside by one of Santa Fe's leading architects, but retain the charm of an historic building on the outside.

Turn off a quiet neighborhood street into a long drive to off-street parking in front of the apartment, nestled among lovely old trees. This unit is on one level, with a bedroom, bath with large shower, living area, large gourmet kitchen and dining area, looking out to the trees through light-filled windows. Apartment includes its own washer/dryer.

Enjoy the charm of living in a real Santa Fe neighborhood but with the convenience of a few short blocks to the Plaza or Canyon Road art district. Though so close to dozens of shops, galleries and restaurants, this apartment is in a calm and quiet setting.

Great little property on the fringe of Santa Fe Plaza

This is a cute, well-kept property with a smart, slightly mid-century vibe. The kitchen was sleek, fully stocked and good-sized, and while the bedroom was quite small, it had lots of storage space and the bed was comfortable. The best part is that it's a 7 minute or so walk to the center of Santa Fe Plaza, with it's shops, galleries, restaurants and Indian Market. The owner, Craig, gave us some great tips for visits to places we hadn't heard of, like Tent Rocks, which were AMAZING. Fabulous location in a very quiet area. Off-street parking. It's a 2nd story apartment, so there are some stairs, if that's an issue for anyone. But if not, it's a fantastic choice for a single person or couple.

Perfect romantic getaway - walking distance to everything

The apartment was perfect for two people - felt very contemporary and European in style and size. It had everything we needed and everything worked well. The location is right off The Plaza near La Posada. We walked everywhere (Canyon Road, all the restaurants, museums), except when hiking (drove to the Aspen Vista trail and Tent Rocks) and when we visited the Railyard district. We could have walked to the latter but we went for the farmer's and art market and didn't want to carry stuff home.

Nice place, close to downtown, quiet, much better than staying in a hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Santa Fe. The location of this condo/apartment was perfect. Worked out well having the washer and dryer. The place was very clean when we arrived. Enjoyed the large shower. It was good that we had a smaller car because of the parking. There was plenty of room. The place was bigger than I had expected. We only saw the owner once when we arrived. Close to lots of places. We especially liked Cafe Mamou. They had great croissants.

Great Location

The flat is located just 1 1/2 blocks from Paseo de Peralta which is the "ring" road around the historic center. It's easy to get in and out of town to the north (Opera) and to the south (Museum Hill). There is also parking for one car which is a blessing this close to the center. It's also easily walkable to the Plaza and to many nearby restaurants.

Everything you'd need for meal preparation is supplied and the appliances are all the latest models. Bed is comfortable; bathroom is more spacious than you'd expect for a small apartment.

Our host was terrific. Greeted us on arrival and graciously lent us lawn chairs so we could tailgate at the Opera.

You won't be disappointed

Very well equipped with premium appliances to make your stay very pleasant. Owner was very attentive although we never encountered any problems at all. Overall, you will not be disappointed staying here.
