Welcome to Lamm's End Beach Bungalow.

With all of the major changes going on in the on-line world of vacation rentals, there are a few things you need to know about this OWNER operated VRBO vacation rental:

1)Florence Realtor Beth Lamm currently owns 3 homes on Folly. This home "Lamm's End Bungalow" (314 W Cooper Ave.VRBO #343443) Her first home, "Lamm's End Breathtaking Views" (1656 E Ashley Ave. VRBO #40152) and "Lamm's End Cottage" (506 E Cooper Ave. VRBO #68889).

2)Warm Southern hospitality is what this "Jersey girl transplant" does best.. one of the reasons why Beth Lamm was chosen as the "Personality Behind the Home in the Carolina's" by this website.

3)Please take a few minutes to read a few of the nearly 200-GUEST entered reviews of Beth's homes. More than anything else, those reviews reflect her commitment to her guests.

4)Beth is a hands-on owner. There is no agency, no middle man involvement. You will deal directly with Beth Lamm from the time you book one of her homes through your stay on Folly Beach.

5)Beth will not rent to anyone she has not spoken with directly. So please feel free to call her if you have any questions and when you are ready to book one of her homes.

Now onto the good stuff! Lamm's End Bungalow has a fabulous kitchen with top of the line GE appliances, granite counter tops and the right pots, pans and gadgets so our guests can easily whip up a feast from the abundance of fresh caught seafood & locally grown fruits & vegetables available in the low-country.

Beth focuses on creature comforts.. all linens (minimum 300 thread count all cotton bedding) paper & plastic products, non-personal soaps are provided. Her's are turn-key vacations.

Fantastic location. The Beach Bungalow is one short block to the beach.. a few minutes stroll to the shops, pier and restaurants of downtown Folly Beach. You can walk to and enjoy dinner and a your favorite beverage without the headache of finding a parking space.

Down the street --- the city of Folly Beach has a delightful children's park... so the bungalow is a real winner for our guests with young children.

Lamm's End Bungalow sleeps six. The queen master bedroom includes an ensuite half bath. Two smaller bedrooms (1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds) access the full bath off of the hallway.

The Beach Bungalow is an affordable, clean, dog friendly, turn-key home away from home with the same focus on creature comforts as Lamm's End and Lamm's End Cottage.

Beth will consider one pre-approved, well behaved, very well-groomed, mature dog as long as our guests and and their furry friend responsibly follow the house rules.

Please be aware that there is an upcharge for all holidays. There is a $500 refundable damage deposit that is returned to guests after our houskeeper clears the house.

About Beth Lamm

Realtor Beth Lamm looked for beach property from the coast of NC to Georgia for 2 years. The minute she drove on to Folly, it felt perfect. Relaxed, laid-back and only 11 miles from Charleston, SC! Lamm's End was the second house she looked at that day and before she walked in she knew this was it. Standing on the back porch sold her. The views are that amazing. Back in Florence, SC ...hubby, Jim has just come in from a busy overnight in the ER when Beth called to tell him she'd finally found the beach and house and wanted to buy it there and then. 'Can't it wait till the weekend when I can see it?' he asked. 'Nope... gotta do it now. It will be sold before you get here'. Exhausted, Jim gave in and the rest as they say is history. Beth is a licensed real estate agent and is thrilled to pursue her passion for real estate in Charleston & Florence, SC. Jim and Beth are proud parents of Danny and Helen. Danny just graduated from the Naval Academy & is a 2nd Lt in the United States Marine Corps. The family linguist and world traveler, Helen, studies Chinese at Wofford College.

You can't tell them apart on Folly... tee shirts, flip, flops and shorts are the dress code. They all come to enjoy a beautiful, natural island and a laid-back island lifestyle. Likewise, Folly also has a wide range of housing from multi-million dollar homes to charming beach cottages that have been in southern families for many generations. Folly is a fresh relief from the manicured, Disney-like beaches that so many vacation communities have become. If a golf-gated community is what you're looking for, Folly is not the place for you.

Beth is a completely hands-on owner. No management company... just one on one with Beth. Lamm's End, Lamm's End Cottage and Lamm's End Bungalow are improved constantly. Beth pays close attention to creature comforts... comfortable beds, high thread count all cotton bedding, down comforters. This is a turn-key operation. Everything --- from all your toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish & dishwashing soap, hand soap, spices--- is provided. The family loves to cook and tall three kitchen reflects that. Great COMFY, COZY AND CLEAN Getaway!!!

This property is immaculate, down to the corners and baseboards. This is something I do NOT find often, especially at the beach. Immediately upon arrival, you just feel at ease, and relaxed! The living spaces in this home were very comfortable and bright. It has an open kitchen located right in the middle of the home. It has gorgeous granite counter tops with beautiful SS appliances. It is well stocked with wonderful quality dishes and silverware! Everyone in our family hovers over the kitchen, and this was the perfect place in this home. Another small detail that I must point out were the sheets used in the beds.....they HAD TO BE 500 thread-count Egyptian Sheets?!?!? It had us all sleeping like babies! The location of this property was perfect! One block from the beach and walking entrances, 3 blocks from all the restaurants on Center Street. We loved that it was off-season, actually, as the crowds were not there, and we were able to just relax and enjoy. The beach and home felt like it was our own!

Awesome Week at the Bungalow

We had an awesome week at the bungalow... it's a very cute place, very clean with a great kitchen and comfortable beds... plus awesome easy access to the beach.

We had spent the previous week at ANOTHER property, managed by ANOTHER local property management companies... although that was a nice property too... we felt nickeled and dimed when they said they only provided one roll of toilet and said if we want more we have to buy our own.

We never felt that way staying here... we felt looked after.

Beth was fantastic from start to finish. She was prompt, professional & helpful answering our questions, plus provided all the amenities we were looking for. For example my 2 young kids loved taking the boogie boards to the beach.

We had a great week and would definitely recommend this place.

Birthday weekend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely, it was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing meals with ease. I liked the fact that it was just a short walk to the beach and the main street of Folly, we also liked the fact there was a great little bar and grill about 2 blocks from the house. We will definitely rent this house again!

Relaxing and delightful bungalow

The cottage is delightful and the owners have thought of the extras as well. Location is half block from public beach access and 3 blocks to Center St. (Eat at Crab Shack). Quiet area. Delightfully decorated and a quaint cottage. We enjoyed immensely.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay with the property being exactly as advertised. Very clean with comfortable beds and furniture plus a well equipped kitchen..... and an easy walk to both the beach and downtown. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. The owner was very easy to work with.
