Had a great time at Ocean City MD
Perfect location to walk to the beach. Also just across the street from a few food places and a huge park. The walls are a bit thin and it sucks the pool isn’t open very long each day.

Yes, the pool is open from only 10-6. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. And yes, some of the appliances are loud (all of which have been mentioned previously by other reviewers). BUT, it is SO CLOSE to the beach and a bunch of stellar local businesses (we literally didn’t need to really drive). Everyone at the Marylander is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed small talk with fellow guests, as well. Fair value for the cost, overall.

We come from different states and my Niece usually arrives before me. She said Casey remembered her from last year. The closeness to the Beach and restaurants & shops is great. See you next year!
A nice condo is not worth the poor customer service!
The property was a bit small but comfortable for four and convenient to a great beach. We were very happy with it until Wednesday morning. (We stayed Monday-Friday). The AC unit stopped working, and the condo temperature was in the 80's. We contacted the front office, and they were very responsive. Colleen came up and even brought her own filter for the AC. The filter that was in there looked like it had not been changed in ages and was caked with debris. My husband had to change the filter. Unfortunately, it did not help, but an AC technician was unavailable until the following day. We had to spend the majority of the day out of our condo because the heat was unbearable. When we did come home, even with all of the fans running, it was stifling. Our two young daughters had trouble falling asleep and neither slept well, my youngest especially. (We didn't go to another hotel because our stuff was already out and set up, and we had already put so much money into this condo). The next day, my husband had to stay in the condo to wait for (and then with) the AC tech (no one from the front office was in yet). He missed a large portion of beach time with our kids. It turned out to be a functional problem with the AC (bad wiring I believe). I e-mailed the owners of the condo to let them know about the situation. We asked for one day's compensation. We had booked the condo for four nights, and were just looking to be compensated for the major inconvenience of that particular day/night. Their response, we felt, was very impersonal, not sympathetic at all. They apologized for the "inconvenience" and said they were willing to give us half of that day's rate. When I sent back an email expressing disappointment toward how they were handling the situation, they never responded back. Honestly, I cannot recommend this specific condo to anyone in good conscience. While it was a nice place, customer service means everything, and they fell really short in this area. Considering the total amount we paid to stay, compensating ONE day would have guaranteed a return visit on our part, but we will take our business elsewhere next year.
Beautiful 3rd floor ocean block/ocean view condo, steps to the beach, sleeps 6, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, one queen sleep sofa with linens and towels included. Updated and cared for interior. Recess lights, central ac unit, ceiling fans, two TVs with HBO/Showtime, DVD and VCR, indoor pool on 1st floor, Sun Deck-3rd floor, Elevator. Hardwood floors, Ocean View from balcony, game room with ping pong, sun deck.
