Shoreline Towers Unit 1076 - Spacious two bedroom Deluxe is casual and homey.

Unit 1076 is a two bedroom unit on the 7th floor of Tower 1. The master bedroom features a King mattress while the gues room features two double beds. The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa acting as the 3rd double bed in the unit. If requested we will bring up sheets and bedding for the sleeper.

For your convenience Unit 1076 offers 3 TV’s, 3 DVD players, and 1 VCR. The two Flat Screen TV’s are in the Master bedroom and the Living Room. The stereo is also in the living room W/ a CD player. Thr unit has a closed Kitchen and a stacked washer & dryer is inside the unit for your convenience! The master bedroom features a walk-in shower with Safety Bars. The unit is mostly tiled with carpeted bedrooms with three separate sitting areas. The balcony is a closed off style, meaning there are doors to the outside and doors to the inside. Balcony is ¼ open and ¾ enclosed with glass, see pictures.

The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Great Condo,Great Location and Views, Great Prices, Great Staff!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has everything! The view I wanted (3 different ocean views), the space (3 dens and huge bedrooms and baths), and the location (an elevator ride and steps away from the beach). This rental literally has it all! The place is clean and well furnished. The staff is amazing if you need anything. The beach and pool are so clean and pristine. All you need is your clothes and you food/drinks and you are all set. The condo is also about a mile from the shopping center that has Winn-Dixie, Target, and many many restaurants. You are also very close to 5 star dining, crab island, and Emerald Coast Scuba Center. I will never stay anywhere else! And lets not forget the price! There is NOWHERE else you can get a deal like this. (Trust me, I've looked.) Most places that have these accommodations are double the price. This condo is a must have for your next Destin vacation.

1st Destin Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was perfect and the management company was very easy to work with. There was a beautiful view from one of the living areas. The unit is a little dated and could use a very good deep clean and minor upgrades and repairs. However, it wasn't anything that would ruin a vacation. This was our first time in Destin and I loved the clear water but I was not a fan of the crowded beach. The beach service setups tend to take up most of the beach area making it difficult to setup for a larger family. I would recommend this unit to others but I would also caution them about the beach space if going during the busy summer season. Our favorite restaurant this visit was Margaritaville!

Never again, nasty dirty and extremely outdated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The walls not only needed painting but they had food on them. We scrubbed the walls to get the food off. The dining table was so bad we had to get a table cloth. The dinning chairs had to be cleaned. We had to clean the entire kitchen and fridge. It looked like someone used a dirty sponge to clean the kitchen. There was face/hand prints on all the windows and the master bedroom window seal was hanging half off in the middle of the window. Food and dirt all over the floor. Carpets were so nasty I would not walk on them with bare feet. The head cleaning person was great and did clean the tile floors and the office staff were very nice. The unit was in disrepair. Lights out, switches that didn’t work, all the walls were marked up or just plain dirty. We ended up cleaning the entire unit (except the floors) just to get by. Three chairs on the outer balcony were all broken and unusable. It was also missing cable face plate and all the furniture/TV were very outdated. The linens were but did not fit any of the beds. They also had no broom and the vacuum did not work.
