Welcome to our spacious Townhome. As you walk through the front doors there is a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, a dining room with seating for six and a wet bar to entertain guest. Then just off the living room is an open balcony overlooking the lake. The kitchen which is located on the main floor is all electric and fully equipped and includes a full size washer/dryer located inside the closet off the kitchen. Upstairs in the master bedroom you have a king bed with private bath and the guest bedroom has two double beds with a private bath. Both bedrooms and living room all have Flat Screen TV's and there is a DVD player in the living room and master bedroom. This townhome is all tiled downstairs and all new flooring upstairs. This Townhome sits next to the Clubhouse and pool area with a short walk through the parking area to the beach.

**Shoreline Towers is undergoing restoration work beginning in Fall 2021. All walkways will be affected September 27 through January 14, 2022. Tower 1 will have balconies closed in a phase system January through July 2022. Balconies will be closed when work is being conducted and noise will be present during the entire phase.
