The apartment is a huge fully furnished and fully outfitted serviced temporary residence 3-bedroom apartment appointed with executive level furniture, elegant home furnishings/accents, state of the art electronics, luxurious linens and towels. The apartment is outfitted with a very comprehensive kitchen, housewares, and cookware package. Our apartment is a luxury 3-Bedroom / 2-Bath apartment with a living room sleeper sofa, located right in the heart of the very trendy Ballston, Arlington neighborhood - just minutes from Mid-DC! It is located just one block from the Virginia Square METRO station on the very convenient Orange Line, just outside of the DC city limits. It is 4 short METRO stops into mid-DC - less than 8 minutes on the METRO or by car.

Apartment: The apartment is located in a newer, modern high-rise building. It is a spacious 3-Bedroom / 2-Bath full-size apartment at 1457 sq. ft. The in-apartment amenities include - over-sized picture windows, walk-in closets, and track lighting. The apartment offers essential amenities like wall-to-wall carpeting, ceramic tiled baths, crown molding, a gourmet kitchen, and abundant storage space. The quality of the furniture and housewares in our apartments is head and shoulders above our competition.

The apartment Kitchen is a full kitchen with full size appliances including a built in microwave, dishwasher, gas range, stove, pantry, and a full size refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker. There is a washer and dryer in front hall closet of the apartment.

The Living/Dining Room is spacious with a full size sofa, accent chair, and coffee and end tables. The large dining table with 6 dining chairs seats 6 comfortably and there are 2 extra padded folding chairs located in the front hall closet. The sofa folds out to a very comfortable Queen sleeper. The Living room has a gas fireplace and a small balcony/observation deck.

The TV package includes expanded digital cable channels, all HD channels, plus Starz HD. The living room TV is a 42“-HD 1080i flat- screen Smart TV, the bedroom TV is a 32” HD 720i flat screen, and the stereo plays iPhone/ iPod. The Living Room TV is internet accessible so you may watch your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. The private in-apartment Wi-Fi is free of charge. The apartment phone system includes free nationwide long distance, free local calling, and voicemail.

There is a King size bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen size bed in the Second Bed Room, two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a very comfortable Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. The mattresses are Double Pillow Top. The sheets are 400 thread count Egyptian cotton. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. There are 2 full bathrooms. There is a soaking tub with shower in Master bath.

Perfect Place to Stay.....No Dissapointments

This condo was the perfect place to stay for my family of six we could have easily accommodate 2 more family members. We were welcomed by friendly, professional, and organized front desk staff. The condo was spacious, very clean and there were a generous amount of starter supplies available in the condo until we had a chance to go shopping the following day at "Giant Supermarket" 3-4 blocks away, i.e., dish detergent, paper towels, tissue, soap, sponges etc. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were high quality cotton. Wi-Fi worked great. The view of the immediate area was appreciated from the balcony. The pool and whirlpool were well maintained and there was a licensed lifeguard on duty during pool hours. The Metro train was only 2 blocks walk away, taking only 20 minutes ride to the Smithsonian, 15 minutes ride to Tysons Corner in the opposite direction. The kids enjoyed taking the Metro train everywhere, there was no need to move the car from the parking garage which was very conveniently located underneath the condos with an elevator entrance to the building. There was great shopping , movie theatres, restaurants and small shops very nearby as well. Perfect accommodations, perfect visit to DC and perfect educational experience for the children! Beautiful apartment with a stunning view!

Our experience with Zen Hospitality was wonderful from the very first email we sent inquiring about the property to checking out on the last day of our vacation. Every question we had was answered either by their informative website or quick response via email. The instructions for reserving and staying at the property were straightforward, easy to follow, and reasonable.

After a long day of travel to Washington DC, we were greeted warmly at the front desk and given the envelope with our keys as well as directions to the nearest grocery store and Metro station. When we opened the door to the beautiful apartment that would be our home for the next week, we knew we had made the right choice of where to stay. It was exactly what we needed for our group of five and the view off the balcony was just icing on the cake. The easy walk to the Metro station enabled us to get quickly into DC and there were plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

It was wonderful to return after each long day of sightseeing to a place where everyone had their own space to relax and recharge for the next day - definitely better than being stacked on top of each other in a hotel room sharing one bathroom! The kitchen was just right for any meals we needed to fix and it was so convenient to have a full sized washer and dryer so we didn't have to go home with suitcases full of dirty clothes.

We will definitely be returning to Zen Hospitality properties whenever we have the chance as well as recommending them to our friends and family.

Great Stay in Arlington at Ballston

Ballston proved to be an excellent choice for short-term accommodation during our stay in Arlington. We had a very spacious, quiet, 3-bedroom/2 bath apartment with comfortable furnishings, kitchen with adequate cookware and appliances, washer/dryer. Apartment was very clean with generous supply of towels in each bathroom and complimentary soap and shampoo. We did mention to the leasing agent that the shades in bedrooms weren't particularly effective in blocking outside light at night and were advised that new shades have been costed and will be installed. The staff at reception staff were friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Ballston is a convenient location for access to metro, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

Wonderful property; great DC location

My family & I just spent the last 5 nights at this property and have nothing bad to say. The rooms were very comfortable and in good shape. The apt was clean and in good condition. There are 2 Metro stations both around 3 blocks away which bring you right into the heart of DC and all the attractions. The front desk clerks were all very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Parking was easy and convenient, we literally parked our car when we got here and didn't use it again. It was nice to have a "homey" place to come back to after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The laundry in the apartment was also wonderful and worked very well. The property manager Mark was very responsive to all my questions during our stay as well. I would definitely recommend this property to any of my friends and family and will keep it on my DC list for any future trips.

Just as Described - Excellent Location

The apartment was just as described…check in was super easy and your team went above and beyond by leaving us a few packets of laundry soap (which was critical given that my youngest spilled on her clothes and we needed to get them washed). The location was excellent as well.

Apartment fit our needs & was close to Metro

Nice location and the apartment suited our needs for a multi family group. Thanks to Zen Hospitality for working out the ability to park one of our cars in the garage slightly ahead of the official afternoon check in time. That made a big difference in our ability to maximize our first day there.
