The Princeville Resort is located on the beautiful north shore of Garden Island of Kauai. Beautiful well-equipped, Mountain View condominium located on a spectacular ocean cliff on Kauai’s pristine north shore. The condominium is tastefully furnished and has just had new tile installed through out the condo and one of the bathrooms was just redone. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with both a washer & dryer. There are beautiful mountain views with waterfalls and incredible sunsets off the lanai. Alii Kai I in the Princeville Resort is the gateway to an affordable and unforgetable Hawaiian Vacation. These condos are nice and private with good amounts of beautiful land surrounding them.

Golf: Our condo is located on the Princeville Resort, home to the beautiful Prince Course and the Makai Course.

Princeville at Hanalei is a quality recreational resort community. The Resort is situated on the Northeast corner of the Island of Kauai, 28 miles from the main airport of Lihue and just a few minutes from the Princeville Airport. Sitting on a high plateau it is surrounded by the ocean, Hanalei Bay, and the Bali-Hai Mountains. It's 1000 acres provides the framework for several excellent golf courses, tennis, horseback riding, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Scattered throughout the resort are areas of dedicated parkland, private homes, several condominium groupings, two hotels, and two golf courses. No commercial activity imposes on the environment. The island itself provides much in the way of natural beauty and phenomenon. The Bali-Hai Mountains, Waimea Canyon, its beaches, the blowhole, the slippery slide, Kiluaea Lighthouse, Fern Grotto, the dry and wet caves just to mention a few.

Close to Hanalei Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at Wendy ‘s property. It was nice and spacious. Great having the two bathrooms with two teenage girls. The main bedroom had an extra dressing room near the wardrobes. We made use of the kitchen and the washing machine/dryer. There were plenty of towels (bath and beach). The main bed was very comfortable. Our girls found the second bedroom bed a bit firm. Wendy provided adequate soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc. We loved the nene geese and other bird life. We had sunset drinks down on the headland each night.

Everything we wanted!

The condo was everything we wanted and more. We fell in love with the north side of the island years ago and was so happy to stay here. We spent 8 days on the north side and 2 day trips to the south. There’s so many hikes and dreamy snorkeling areas within walking distance! Loved how close it is to restaurants and shopping in Hanalei and Kiluea. We were so grateful for the beach towels. Pro tip: bring hiking sandals with grips on the bottom and also water shoes for snorkeling. Buy your snorkel mask and tube off Amazon. The only downfall which is no fault of this condo was the tenant above us. He seemed to be stomping around the entire night every night. Also the roosters crow as early as 3am so bring a white noise fan if you are a light sleeper! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. It was amazing!!!

We stayed in Princeville for the second half of our trip to Kauai for our honeymoon. Checking in & o it were easy! The condo is very clean. Beds are comfy! Having a full kitchen was nice. Expect the roosters and birds to be loud most of the day (we didn't mind it!). There's a short (but dangerous) trail near the condo that I recommend visiting, it takes you right on the right near the water! :) the views from the bedrooms are beautiful and you hear the ocean from the room :) highly recommend staying here.

Great location

Condo updated and fully equipped. Lovely Mountain View on lanai. Great hikes, restaurants, food trucks in walking distance. Walk across street to ocean cliff. Wonderful home base to relax in after experiencing the wonders of Kauai

Kauai stay.

This property is well equipped and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable and in a beautiful location -- we saw whales right from the complex by walking about a hundred yards from our door! Close to grocery store and restaurants. This property is very convenient for north shore activities, but anything else means a trip back around the island.

This property just had all the carpets replaced with beautiful tile and one of the two bathrooms was just redone.
The master bedroom has all new furniture including a very comfortable new bed.
Everything was just redone and I haven’t been able to get new photos.
