This beautiful gem is a 3 bedroom gulf front unit that is located on the second floor of Tower 1 with a lovely balcony view that basically sits on the beach itself. BRAND NEW LIVING ROOM & DINING ROOM FURNITURE. In the master bedroom is a king size bed and in both guest bedrooms, 2 double beds that have plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy. The unit is mostly carpeted and the bathrooms have been remodeled with a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The remodeled open kitchen has all new cabinets and granite counter tops and a stackable washer and dryer for the guest's convenience. THE OWNER HAS ALSO PURCHASED BRAND NEW PATIO FURNITURE AS WELL.

There is an open balcony to enjoy all of Destin's beauty, especially the beach. This unit has all new matching living room furniture that is comfortable enough to take a little afternoon nap on. The spectacular Gulf views and resort amenities will make your stay more than wonderful. We had a great stay and unit close to beach was wonderful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was nice and updated. Good stocked kitchen for cooking. The only thing I would change would be the carpet - did not look fresh and clear and a couple of spots.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I'll say we love Destin. We stayed in Tower 3 last year with no complaints. When we got into our condo (Tower 1) we discovered a very large cockroach that was dead. I called the front desk and they said they'd have someone come get it. My husband then found another large one in the condo. We called the front desk and they sent someone over to bomb the condo. After the bombing, we found two more live cockroaches. The air in the master bedroom is nonexistent. The dishwasher kept messing up. The sheets in the master bedroom looked like there was bloodstains on them. It's just a bummer because we spent more money to stay oceanfront and it just wasn't the best experience.
