Beach Front Complex - View of John's Pass Waterway & Bridge Beach Place #201

Beach Place #201 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental property that offers terrific views of popular John's Pass Village in south Madeira Beach. Spacious, including plenty of natural light, this 1,140 square foot property includes a recently updated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and fully stocked with utensils. The large living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat screened television, and access to the balcony. Free Wifi Unit 201 has one parking spot and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom, located just off the living room, provides a king sized bed, and plenty of storage, with a door leading out to the balcony. The master bathroom, like all SunHost properties, is meticulously clean with plenty of space. The guest bedroom has two queen sized beds, making this a perfect retreat for two couples or a small family. Linens, towels and pillows are stocked for your visit.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.

Guests at 201 Beach Place are close to everything. The popular beaches, heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities are just steps away as is John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Enjoyable Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my fourth year at 201 Beach Place Condos. Always an enjoyable stay, the unit is roomy and comfortable for my needs. I stay for a month, I feel there should be linen exchange at least once during my stay. It's nice that the second bedroom has 2 queen beds. One small item needed is a table on the balcony. Maintenance was responsive to a couple minor issuses.

Nice beach Vacation

We had such a great stay, the beach was right in our backyard and really nice and clean. Right across the stree was Johns Pass and we had delicious seafood everyday. such a cool place to visit, didnt even use our car. highly recomend it!!!!

Beach weekend

The condo was clean and big enough for my husband and I and two teen boys. The location was nice and the teens were able to walk around the area without feeling concerned about safety. Lots of restaurants, beach nearby, and shops. We had a good time for a long weekend beach vacation.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beach Place many times but always on Beach Front. 1st time overlooking parking lot and we were not too happy with all the noise so we probably won't be staying on this side again. Overall the place was nice just noisy at nights.
