The host Alexei is amazing! He responded quicly whenever we had questions. It was really nice of him to let us check in early as our flight arrived in early morning. Very good location! Only few minutes to shops, beach, bus stops and popular restaurants. Everything we needed was provided in the room. The building is a bit run down and noisy from the lift and outside. We kind of get used to it after a couple days. Overall it's nice stay

Great just 1 block from the beach.

We had an awesome time the unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy we also had a kitchen witch we wanted so we could cook meals. I would recommend this property to everyone who wants all the comforts of home. The beach is only a 2 min walk to the famous Waikiki beach.

I love how this spot was in the middle of everything. It’s 1 min away from the beach and there are many food spots around. It’s a small cute place with possibly everything you need. It also has a nice view of the Waikiki beach. Alexei was very easy to get a hold off when needed. I would definitely book this spot again

Pleasant stay

What more can I say 1 block to both Waikiki Beach and MacDonalds. Alto it is an older condo it has two fast elevators. And the unit is well decorated mostly custom oak. Roku TV comes with many channels. I was very pleased with the WI-FI internet. The kitchen is well-equipped with microwave, electric stove, and fridge. Alexei was very accommodating making my 10-day stay very pleasant

We're a couple of Seattle transplants, that just recently started to grow our Hawaiian roots.
It has been our favorite vacation spot for over 15 years, now we can finally call it our home.
This charming studio is our third acquisition on the island, and we are happy to share it with visitors to the beautiful Hawaii.

Why they chose this property

This is our 3rd purchase in Waikiki. What sold us on this Studio is it's ideal location. Busy Kalakaua and Kuhio avenues are just half block away, while Koa Avenue offers a welcome retreat. You're still just a few steps away from everything Waikiki has to offer, yet on a quieter, less travelled street.
