Needs updates- would not recommend
- Couch was extremely old and dirty. I had to buy a sheet to cover it before I let my family sit on it. Chairs were old too. Very dated furniture.
- Televisions in both bedrooms were tube tv's made by Zenith. Again, other outdated items.
- Refrigerator had rust stains under the water dispenser.
- Wifi did not work. Called the front desk 3 times. They told me they would put a work order in. Having 4 teenagers, wi-fi is needed. 5 days we stayed there without wi-fi.
- New dryer was delivered the afternoon of our check in day.
- Mattress in master bedroom has huge dip in the middle.
- Toilet in the master bedroom kept running. The handle would stick and need to be jiggled to get it to stop running.
- Received free beach chair and drinks coupons (a $120 value). They were not redeemable at our condo. Had to go half mile down the beach to another property to redeem. Yet, another inconvenience.
- Deck furniture was also dirty and chaise lounge was falling apart.
Overall, our thoughts were this condo was extremely over priced for what was offered, needs many upgrades and not likely to use this property again. When the weather is rainy and you need to stay indoors, did not even want to stay in this room. It rained most days we were there and this condo was a huge disappointment.
