Completely furnished, balcony with sea view, living room, kitchen, service area, 1 office (optional room and sofa bed), bathroom and a suite with double bed (with sea view). Splits in two bedrooms, 1 safe, 2 full HD LED TVs 32 to 24 inches (room and suite respectively). Bedding and upscale bath (worsted yarns / Egyptian cotton).

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage

Ich bin das 2.Mal schon in der Ferienwohnung gewesen, komme gerne jederzeit wieder und kann sie nur empfehlen. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zum Strand bzw. dem Supermarkt/der Bäckerei ist es ein kurzer Fußweg. Habe hier alles zu Fuß erreicht, Autofahren und den Lüdenscheider Stau überhaupt nicht vermisst und habe Sylvias Gastfreundschaft in sehr positiver Weise erfahren. Wenn es irgendein Problem gab, war sie sofort zur Stelle und hat direkt geholfen, besser gehts nicht. Alles in allem 100 Punkte von 100, so macht Urlaub Spaß.

Small apartment with 1.5 bedrooms.

Enjoyed my stay. Location was perfect. Photos of apartment were a bit deceiving as I thought it was larger with 2 distinct bedrooms. We made things work but second room was more like an office. We didn’t complain but those weren’t 2 distinct bedrooms. Overall Silvia, the owner, was quite helpful when we called, which wasn’t often.

Besser gehts nicht: Übersommern in Brasilien - weg aus der Hitze in Deutschland

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und ich habe mich dort wirklich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Strandnähe und Nähe zum Supermarkt sind gegeben, Nachtleben ist allerdings nur noch im Stadtzentrum zu finden. Dennoch kann man abends auch am Strand spazieren gehen, die Wohnung liegt ja nur 5min davon entfernt. Vom 40°C heißen Deutschland ins 27°C kühle Brasilien, so macht der Sommer Spaß. Alles in allem hat es mir dort sehr gut gefallen, Sylvia ist eine sehr nette und immer ansprechbare Vermieterin und ich werde gerne wiederkommen.
