Absolutely lovely 4 bedroom 3 bath! This is a four bedroom three level town-home with two decks to lounge on. Four queen size beds and a sofa sleeper enable ten people to sleep comfortably. Two living rooms offer guests total comfort. Modern d updated look and feel and three bathrooms is the topper!

We are seasoned renters and have rented in Lake Village before - however this property was new to us. We had 10 guests stay for a long weekend and were extremely disappointed with this property. It is tired -and needs some serious modernization - particularly with the furnishings.

Two of the mattresses on the beds were awful - most certainly not replaced in YEARS. The sofa bed had ripped cushions with foam sticking out and there was no futon to be found - just a cushion that we were told we could lay on the floor. One bed even had a very old dingy comforter that is nothing like the inviting bed linens in the photo and had "FUTON" written on it with a sharpie marker! Bedskirts were missing on two beds also.

In the dining area, instead of chairs as pictured, there were four mismatched benches and a counter stool was also missing. When you have 10 guests, there should be a seat for everyone.

One bathroom door lock was broken too making for a very awkward encounter!

Lastly, you have to park in the waaaayyyy back of the building and walk on uneven walkways to the very old wooden porch entrance.

Pool is just ok. They make you feel like an intruder instead of a guest.

Kitchen was fine and it had full wifi access.
