My daughters and I stayed in Ray and Gingers condo in Santana Row in San Jose. Ray and Ginger are the perfect hosts! They continuously communicated with us, answered all of our questions and are simply kind and lovely people! The condo is incredible! Perfect location, clean, full of amenities, centrally located and right in the heart of San Jose. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt like it was our own home. Ray and Ginger met us, took us personally to the condo and explained everything. We loved the security of the condo and our own private underground parking space. Everything was perfect! We will definitely return! Thank you Ray and Ginger! We really enjoyed meeting you and we hope to see you again soon!

Owner's Response: We had the absolute pleasure hosting Linda and Steve's family trip. They were very friendly and polite. Communication with Linda was also smooth throughout the entire process. They left the condo in an excellent condition. Five stars all around and We would highly recommend Linda and Steve to any HomeAway and VRBO hosts. We hope to see them soon again back in the SF Bay Area Silicon Valley.

1 BR Studio with a View!

I have always been a firm believer of the phrase "if it's too good to be true, it probably is", that was until I stayed here! I don't like to travel, but unfortunately I have to and I'm a snob when it comes to how I fly and where I stay. For this trip we were staying over the Thanksgiving weekend and had our 6 month old with us. So among the usual requirements, we needed a place that had a kitchen. This rental checked everything off. It was the perfect size and location. Within walking distance from a Starbucks and shops. Access was easy and it had underground parking. I was a little apprehensive staying at Santana Row because of the traffic and people shopping, but it really wasn't that bad. There were the occasional texter/walker that didn't see oncoming traffic, but it was the perfect location. Everything was provided in the rental and it was very clean. Ginger and Ray were so nice and made everything convenient. They explained everything and made sure everything worked before handing us the keys. It truly felt like home. If they had cleaning supplies and a vacuum, I would've started cleaning like it was my own home. Check out was a breeze and it truly felt like a vacation. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone that I know.

Terrific location and accomodations

The property is great! Secure building and parking..... A-list shopping and places to eat right at the property. And it's a Mall across the street. The location has easy access to the airport, downtown and convention centers. The owners are terrific people and very easy to work with. We plan to return in the future.....

Very well kept and comfortable

Ginger met me and showed me all the important things I needed to know about the security system and entry keys. She is a very pleasant and helpful person and I felt comfortable with the unit right from the start. The unit is small but very well arranged. The kitchen is wonderful although I only used the refrigerator and microwave. This unit is directly above the Santana Row businesses and shops so eating out is convenient and tasty too! I enjoyed hearing the noises from the street, even tho several reviewers were not happy with it. They were not enough to keep me awake or disturb my TV watching at all. I wish I could have stayed longer, but there is always a next time! Thank you Ginger!

Amazing stay at a great area in the Santa Clara/San Jose area. Ginger and Ray were very accomdating as my initial flight was delayed until the following day but they were still very flexible working with my new schedule.
