double sided gas fireplace. HD flat screen satellite television w/ DVD player and high speed internet service. The property in a pastoral setting, it's incredibly tranquil. Its close to the Quinte Mall in Belleville, Prince Edward County and Tweed. Take a hike on the TransCanada Trail nearby, or a round of golf.

Lovingly restored church that immediately welcomes you - you know you are somewhere special!

The property is beautiful, and the house has been restored tastefully with quality and comfort in mind. It was a pleasure to cook in the wonderfully laid out kitchen. (I would love to have it in our own home!) The space was perfect for our family of four- even including two teenagers and two dogs! Although the temperature was a frigid -22 degrees the first night, we stayed cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the nearby Vanderwater Conservation Area for waking the dogs and enjoying the nature beauty. Quinn's in Tweed is a wonderful art gallery/shop. Belleville is an easy 20 minute drive. We tried the escape room and had a lot of fun. Glanmore Manor is definitely worth checking out too. The boys were able to go running at the indoor track which is free of charge. It was such a pleasure to come back to Roslin Hall and enjoy relaxing by the propane fireplace. We couldn't be more thrilled about our choice to spend some time here! Many thanks!

Loved the historic feel and decor of this quaint retreat.

Open concept was inviting and the kitchen was great to cook in. The decorating was lovely and the chapel windows inspire a peaceful getaway. Outdoor patio was comfortable and has a BBQ available for use. Beds were very comfortable. Only drawback is if you need to use the washroom in the night, the bunkie (which is adorable) doesn't have a washroom, so you have to trek inside or be one with nature! There's not much to do in the area but if you just want to relax and unwind, it's a perfect spot!

Very lovely rural area.

The front steps and main entry door need repair. The cement steps are falling apart. The door needs adjustment. The driveway needs gravel or pavement. The parking restrictions require parking in the driveway, however, you are unable to do so because of mud. There were huge ruts in the muddy driveway when we arrived. A general spring cleaning of the yard and bushes would make it more inviting and welcoming. Very tidy inside. It was pleasing to have family gather for lunch to a converted church on Easter Sunday. Overall spacious and would recommend to others.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review, I wanted to update everyone on our progress. Spring is an unpredictable season which can delay our spring maintenance until the weather warms up. Roslin had a very wet spring which did create a temporary issue for the driveway. We had to wait for the frost to come out of the ground to level the driveway. We then added a fresh layer of gravel and we've actually increased the parking area. The original steps do get a beating over the winter with the shoveling and ice salt but we always have them repaired in the spring for our guests, they were just repaired on the second last weekend of April this year. In regards to the original church doors, they are a little quirky and will swell with the humidity and the damp spring air. The gardens have had their spring maintenance done and the flowers are coming up just in time for May!

Winter wonderland

My husband and I rented this space for the Christmas holidays and hosted Christmas dinner for the family. We can't say enough about this place. The host Micheal was so easy to get a hold of and so pleasant. The house was immaculate and decorated like something from a magazine. We did not lack for anything, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks again, we will be renting again for the holidays!
