It's all about the location, and it could not get better than this. This private Condado neighborhood apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is located across the street from the beach (one block), right on Ashford Avenue, one of the most important avenues in the city. This apartment is in the middle of all the action, the best food and the best beaches that San Juan has to offer are at your doorstep You'll have access to all the best restaurants--local and international--casinos, bars and beaches all right outside the building's front door.
The spacious apartment is fully stocked and functional--with high-speed wifi, cable TV and Roku (Netflix, Hulu Plus, Pandora,) and one assigned parking space.
The location is the perfect blend of island beach getaway and city convenience. Ashford Ave is home to upscale bushiness, such as Luis Vuitton, Coach and Salvatore Ferragamo, just as much as it's home to local hangouts, such as The Place, Small Bar and Stop and Go. You’re one quick block away from a Walgreen's and one quick block away from the calming sound of waves.
The building is located right in front of a taxi stop and across the street from a bus stop, so you'll always have easy access to transportation to anywhere in the city. Though, you'll really only need that when visiting places like Old San Juan, the Convention Center, and cruise ship piers, because the apartment is within walking distance to anything you'll need (such as a supermarket, convince store, restaurants, churches, casinos, and bars, beaches, and water sports).
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a dinning room area and a very comfortable living room area. The building is elevator equipped and you'll have one parking space.
The apartment has Wifi, cable, Netflix, Hulu Plus and a DVD player, good books, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and black-out curtains.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second room has a full sized bed and the third room has a full sized bed.
The master bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The second bathroom has a shower and everything else that makes it a normal bathroom.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator, a microwave, stovetop, a toaster, a coffee maker. Cups, plates, forks, knives, and spoons are also supplied. The pantry is stocked with basic cooking necessities like olive and vegetable oil and spices.
You'll find boutiques, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, casinos and music venues in the neighborhood. Five blocks away is the Placita de Santurce, where locals like to hang out, and near by is the largest art museum in San Juan.
It's nice to walk up and down the avenue, check out the beaches, have a coffee or lunch at a cafe, and catch a jazz band in the evening.

Deciding where to live in Puerto Rico was tough. I chose the Condado neighborhood for the great beaches, good local hangouts, and the solid reputation the neighborhood has for being the safest on the island.
Safety and convenience are the two best benefits to living in Condado.
Loved it! Location and amenities were perfect for us. Very safe and clean. So helpful with any recommendations of things to do for our crowd. First time doing homeaway and no longer have any interest to ever do a hotel stay again!
The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was only a short walk to the beach and restaurants, which made the location perfect! We were there for a week and only rented a car for one day, in order to go to the Rainforest. The city bus route took us into San Juan and everything else was within walking distance. We had an amazing vacation & Sebastian was very helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago during our first visit to PR. The apartment is only 10 minutes away from the airport , very convenient. From our location we had access to the beach, pools, and all great restaurants. We even had friends stay with us for a night. Upon our arrival Gianna met us there and thoroughly walked us through the space. The apartment is very spacious and clean, it includes beach and bath towels, and washer and dryer. Gianna gave us many recommendations on what to do, where to eat, and all things San Juan! She was a great guide; punctual, available via text , and overall just very kind and welcoming. I look forward to visiting again next year and definitely using Gianna again to book my stay!
This apartment was perfect! Very spacious and well kept. The customer service was top knotch and the location was right where we wanted to be. The apartment was safe and there was private, gated parking for the car we rented. Would definitely recommend and we are definitely going back!
Gigi was amazing! She was very helpful and gave us different ideas on what to do while we were in town. The location was prefect. We were walking distance from everything including the beach! Thank you Gigi for your great hospitality!
