2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom, Walk To Capitol. Parking Permit Available

The master bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom also has a Queen bed and there is a sofa bed in the main living space.

This is an older house and so you will hear the folks upstairs and they will probably hear you! Please expect some noise from upstairs, this is city living! White noise machines are provided for your convenience.

The kitchen is an 'economy' kitchen, it has everything you need but it is 'bijou' :) There is a countertop oven and a plug in stove top and a European style Fridge plus all the other small appliances you need. You are strolling distance to some of the City's best restaurants and so most of our guests eat out a lot during their stay!

There is a large 64' flat screen TV with cable TV and free WIFI included.

Great place to stay in DC!

We had 4 adults and the place was well suited for our group. The place was neat and clean and well furnished. The kitchen was really a kitchenette and small. However, we did not plan to cook. The place was close to the Metro stop at Eastern Market, a real plus as we planned to use public transit. The Eastern Market area has lots of restaurants and bake shops and we enjoyed many of them. The owner was responsive to our emails before arriving. We would rent this place again! Karen

Very nice property in excellent location

We just returned from 6 nights at this G street property. We were very pleased with the choice. It really had a lot of room and was very functional and nicely renovated. We choose this over a hotel that was a lot more expensive and were very glad we did. The neighborhood is incredible. Beautifully townhouses, parks and tree lined streets. Staying here made us feel like locals for a few days. Lots of excellent restaurants, close to the Easter Metro stop and very easy to catch an Uber. Only issue some may have is you do hear some noise from upstairs, as the owners live there. This was not an issue for us at all, but it may bother some. We could not have been more pleased with this stay.

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable

This rental is absolutely perfect. The beds and clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, just a few blocks from the metro station and an easy walk to the Capitol. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and the owner is very friendly. It was a perfect base for me and the parents (60+) with easy access to the sights. Also, the parents loved the Sizzling Express restaurant, which is about 1/2 mile walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hospitality!

Great location, convienient to the metro, markets & terrific restaurants. The apartment was very nice & clean. While there was an issue the gigantic TV, the on-site owner went out of his way to make sure the guys could watch college football. Comfortable beds, & spacious living area. It was more than enough room for two couples. We definitely put the washer & dryer to work. The only drawback was that we did not stay longer!

Everything was exactly as described on the website. Location was great. Metro was an easy walk even with kids. Park nearby was great to let them run and play. Loved visiting the Eastern Market over the weekend.

Perfect location... amazing home!

Couldn't have asked for better accommodation or a better location. The apt is very clean and we'll stocked with all the basic essentials. The kitchen is very very small, however, you have a million great restaurants to pick from right outside your doorstep. Lara was so very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Noise was not a problem at all for us.
