Nice with great view. Only minor complaints

Was an awesome place and within walking distance to everything. Super cute.

Complaints would be, lots of light bulbs out, every dish in the cupboards were dirty and had to be rewashed and there was not full length mirror (big problem for girls).

Otherwise, it was a great time.

Good location and Nice space

Good location and space. We had a two bedroom unit. It was clean and had a great view of the clock tower which was lit up with Christmas lights.

There were a few things that made it a little uncomfortable. Barely adequate seating for 4 in the living room. Only 1 clock in the whole apartment and it didn't work. One of the sinks in the master bath was clogged. The cabinets in the kitchen that covered the garbage didn't close. We fixed it ourselves with a screw driver and extra screw we had. The master bath shower has no shelf so shampoo and soap end up on the floor. None of these things were huge but when you're paying about $275 pet night the details seem a little more important.

The beds were adequate but not exactly comfortable and the bedding was coarse/ rough. Only one extra blanket and no comforter on the bed - just a sheet and Vellux blanket.

When we arrived the maids were parked in our parking spot and we only had 2 towel sets for a party of 4 adults. When I called to inquire about where to park and getting more towels the woman I talked with was very nice but she wanted me to go looking for the maid service myself. It is a 12 floor apartment building with at least a dozen apartments on each floor. It was just kind of funny!

To their credit the parking and towel dilemma were worked out within a few hours.

One last thing - there is only one fob that lets you get into the building so if you have more than one couple staying there it can get a little tricky if you split up to go do seperate things.

Still, it was a good location for visiting the city. Lots of bars and pubs in walkable distance. I think with a few tweaks it could be a really nice place but right now I think it was a bit expensive for what you got.

Solera was a nice property well located to downtown and 16th street mall.

Everything was clean and it was a nice unit for our needs over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well equipped and it had all of the basic needs we were looking for. The one criticism we had was that the pillows in the bedroom were very hard and difficult to sleep with.

Great place, great location

I stayed here with my sister for a conference and a much needed sister trip. The apartment was perfect-- cozy, clean, spacious, all the needed amenities. The location was also perfect-- close enough to the conference center to walk/take a quick Uber, but also far enough to escape at the end of the day. Definitely recommend to conference-goers in Denver who want more space than a downtown hotel.
