When we arrived at the designated check-in time our unit had not been cleaned. This presented a big problem as we were counting on showering and dressing for an event. The company sent the cleaning service over promptly but it was a major inconvenience. They refunded part of our nightly cost. We enjoyed our stay because of the amount of space and kitchen access - better than a hotel room. The rooftop deck is gorgeous. Location is good - within walking distance of Union Station and great restaurants. Overall we were happy but probably would not return to this property again. Pictures online are nicer than actual.
We stayed here over the weekend and were very happy. Very quick walk to the Rockies games and lots of other bars and restaurants as well. We had an issue with hot water the first night (lack there of). I called the Stay Alfred number as instructed. They had the issue fixed immediately. I was very impressed they took care of our needs so quickly. These Stay Alfred people were very helpful.
I would have given 5 stars except during our arrival, we were instructed to use a call box to contact the Stay Alfred people to let us in the building. We did this but the call went to voicemail so we were stuck outside until we just followed another tenant inside.
Overall though great experience and hope to come back soon!
We recently stayed at this property for 4 nights during a convention that we were attending. The property was very well furnished and very well taken care of. We also were very impressed with how clean and well prepared the unit was for our stay. I would have given the property 5 stars except for a few minor inconveniences. For example, the remote/Fob did not open the garage door as stated and you had to get out of the car to open the door at the FOB station. As I said, very minor.
The time spent in the condo we booked on HomeAway.com was a great experience. The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was amazing. The condo was equipped with plenty of amenities that helped make our stay very comfortable. It is a great place whether your booking for business like we did or whether you are traveling on vacation. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends.
This apartment style rental, on the corner of Lawrence Avenue and 20th Street, fit our needs beautifully. For two couples wanted to explore downtown Denver for a few days before heading to the Rockies, it was a perfect fit. We were close to the 16th Street Mall and other Denver highlights. We especially enjoyed its closeness to the REI store.
The unit we stayed in was very nice and clean. The views were great, the location of the unit is within walking distance of everything downtown. The building amenities were also great, glad we payed for a garage pass for parking as it snowed during our stay. Other than a minor hiccup when we checked in, I would recommend this to stay in again.
