Apartment spacious and nice

  • 3 of 5

The unit is ill equipped. Not enough pans to cook with. Had to borrow pans from the neighbors. No tongs. Cutting board is tiny. No shower caddies. Have to keep all of your shampoo and razors on the shower floor. Went up to the roof to BBQ one night and the grill was gone.

We didn't get a remote, so we had to get out of the car and swipe the fob every time we wanted to get into the garage.

If you like the city life it's cool. A lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a lot of commotion. Fire trucks are busy all through the night. Great view from the balcony of city lights if you like that.

One afternoon while taking a nap the intercom comes on and asks everyone to leave the building and take the stairs, because of an emergency. We walk down the stairs and they say it's just a test. An hour later as I'm falling asleep again, it happens again. Pretty dumb. I'm not a city guy, so I wouldn't stay here again, but I guess it was ok to experience it.

Nice condo/Great location

  • 4 of 5

This is a very nice condo, with ample space for two couples. It is centrally located near Coors Field and the 16th Street Mall. It has a rooftop deck with lots of seating, a hot tub, and great views of the city. The condo is well-stocked with dishes, etc., and is very clean and well-kept.

The only down side is its proximity to the fire station across the street. The frequent sirens can be annoying, but all in all, a good place to stay in Denver.

Nice Apartment, solid location, so-so experience

  • 2 of 5

The apartment is nice, and the location cannot be beat for downtown. However, guests are only given one swipe card to access the building from the outside. We had three people staying in the apartment so this is obviously not ideal. To accommodate, guests are told that there is a number you can call from the intercom wherein you can give your booking name and room number to then get access to the building. And we were also told this number would be answered 24 hours a day. It was not available 24 hours a day, as on multiple occasions, we called and no one answered. What's worse, the day before we were to check out, we called the number, someone answered, and they informed us there was no booking under my name. And they promptly hung up on us. The reservation was clearly for one more day and under my name. We got access to the building via other guests exiting, but this was incredibly inconvenient and quite rude.

Check-in was a bit of a runaround, as we were told to call one number to get in the building (in the email sent before arrival), but when we arrived and called and someone (finally) answered that number, we were told we had been given the wrong number, and to call another one (?!)

The toilet in the second bathroom did not work.

I would likely not stay here again.

Great place, only one thing needs counter or a shelf in the master shower. Very lovely place and easy to get around downtown.

Very clean, modern! Enough pots and pans/kitchenware to cook. Very comfortable

  • 5 of 5

It was a great experience. We had one hiccup, our second day of our stay. We woke up to our bathroom flooded with water that had been dripping through the vent overnight. When we called to resolve this, maintenance was very quick and got it taken care of and our weekend continued. Very easy access to our room and quiet. Loved it!
