The first thing you'll notice is the light filling the loft through the big, East-facing windows and the open feeling of the 10 foot ceilings. Next, you'll notice the elegant and tasteful interior design by award-winning designer Arlene Lord. Step out onto the spacious 220 sq. ft. deck with a deep sofa sectional and a breakfast table - it's like an outdoor living room.
Sleeps up to 4 (the couch converts into a surprisingly comfortable queen-sized bed). The sleeping area features a queen size bed with a Westin Heavenly mattress, premium sheets and blackout drapes if you want to sleep in.
The full kitchen is equipped with a farmhouse sink, dinnerware service for 8, a set of pots & pans, toaster, coffee pot, electric kettle, tea pot, microwave, fridge, dishwasher & ceramic top stove.
The dining area seats four.
The bathroom features a tub/shower and washer/dryer in the laundry closet.

31 night minimum. Why a 31-night minimum?
The City of Portland classifies any stay of less than 31 nights as a ‘short term’ rental and requires that guests pay an additional 12.5% lodging tax and requires that owners have a special permit. HomeAway/VRBO automatically collects these taxes on all stays of less than 31 nights. For stays of 31 nights or longer there is no tax. The HOA and the City both require that we complete lease paperwork covering your stay.
