Summer beach getaway with 2 other families

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The house was spacious. We loved the fact that there were so many bathrooms and showers. The kitchen and living room upstairs was great. We could all be together in that open space. The balcony was also very nice and had lots of chairs. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. The only complaint I have is about cockroaches. We saw one the first night, we didn’t think it was a big deal because we know that they are quite common in southern coastal towns, but we kept seeing them every evening. One night we saw 5. We still had a good time at this rental. It was a good 10 minute walk from the beach. It was a bit too much if we wanted to bring a cooler and chairs. We ended up going to the beach with our car every day and using the designated parking area, which was about 10 minutes away by car. The beach was beautiful. There were plenty of restaurants. We played mini putt and went to see the wild horses. Our teenagers went Jets skiing, this is a good location for young families to relax. Our older teenagers and young adults would’ve preferred to have more attractions for them in the evenings, but still enjoyed their vacation.
