Small but worked

Pros: clean, well stocked, great location next to the beach. Cons: HOT! Put in an A/C and it would be great. There was no cross breeze, so we couldn’t get the place even remotely cooled down even with all fans going and all windows and doors open. Also, a few beach supplies, other than the beach towels, would be nice. Though this beach isn’t swimmable, there are others nearby. Finally, in comparison to other places, this management, though friendly, was oddly complicated (e.g. separate contract, lots of emails, mixed messages and a strange back-and-forth about how many people can stay in the condo).

Great vacation home base!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great central location, close to Safeway and shopping and easy access to the bike trail. I could hear the ocean and the refreshing breeze was lovely. The condo itself was very clean, bright and well appointed. We could hear the noise on a couple of nights from the nearby hotels show, but it wasn't overly loud.
