These spacious 3 and 4 bedroom condominiums feature fully equipped kitchens and private balconies for unparalleled sunrise and sunset views of the Gulf, Perdido Pass and the white sandy beaches. The Grand Point condominium complex offers guests full access to the indoor and outdoor pool, a Gulf facing fitness room, sauna and hot tub. This condo allows monthly reservations November 1 - March 15.
Beautiful place, beautiful beach, had everything we needed and pool and hut tubs were great!
Loved the view. Close to the elevator. Nice indoor and outdoor pool with hot tubs. Private beach access. Condo furnished nicely. I would prefer a deadbolt on the inside as we had youngsters could get out but they loved the balcony.
We have vacationed in Orange Beach every year with our family. Our kids are growing up so fast, so we want to make every moment count. This year was by far the best! The condo was perfect! With the excellent view, we started our mornings eating breakfast on the balcony and watching the dolphins. All the amenities were easily accessible, including the covered parking and little to no waiting on elevators. The owner really put a lot of thought into meeting our needs! This year was the most memorable, and we will definately be returning next year! LOVE LOVE LOVED IT!
We enjoyed our stay at this resort tremendously. The resort maintenance workers were always friendly and helpful
However, Kaiser is not up to par. We reported broken ceiling fan chains to kaiser, who said they would send someone out immediately to fix them. Never saw or heard from them. During our stay we would need to climb on top of the bed to turn light off and or ceiling fan. Every night! Not very safe.
The day after checking out I reported a blanket had been left To Kaiser's customer service. They told me they would retrieve it for me and have it ready for my pick up. When I called Kaiser's customer service for an exact date and who would pick up the blanket , they informed me it could not be found. Kaiser's customer service had my contact info. Not once did they call me to inform me they could not locate it. I thought someone had rented it the day we left and perhaps they were using it. They informed me that we were last in the unit and the condo did not have another occupant until mid January. This surprised me because we called Kaiser to ask if we could stay through the weekend and we were told it was booked.
