Brooklyn’s the best!
I'm a friendly southern man that has been transplanted in NYC. I have built my life on the simple philosophy of treating people the way that I would want to be treated.
I have had the fortune to travel extensively and have a firm understanding of the life of international voyager. One of my most important life lesson came while traveling in India which taught me gratitude.
By nature, I'm very easy going and extremely open minded, but I built a career on being anal retentive...go figure.
I hope to have the opportunity to be a part of your NYC experience.
Rick S purchased this apartment in 2007
Some great things about my apartment offering. It's conveniently located with easy access to all NYC attractions. You will have a separate space in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
My favorite thing about my property is the mix of traditional and modern.
Rick greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of our apartment. The apartment is as pictured. You have everything you need to cook if you so choose. Complimentary water and fruit awaited us. A vase of flowers at the top of the steps. Everything was nicely done. Rick is such a sweet guy. Very responsive to any inquiry. I would highly recommend this place again.
This apartment was very nice, clean and tidy, it has everything we need to have agreat holiday in NYC, very close to the Subway and groceries, thanks to Rick for his hospitality and welcoming water and fruits dish was Avery nice touch after long travel day, Thanks Rick.
The apartment's owner, Rick, was extremely hospitable, professional and very thoughtful. He had fresh fruit and flowers waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and stocked with clean towels. The air conditioners worked great! We were able to put timers on them before we left so when we came back from a long fun day, the apartment was cool for us. Rick was available for any questions we had. I highly recommend this little gem! There were four of us and we all had plenty of space. My husband and I shared a bedroom, my brother in law used the living room queen sleeper and my 14 yr old the day bed in the second bedroom. EXCELLENT experience!! ☆☆☆☆☆ Lupe Ramirez Peterkin
A couple of friends from abroad had never been to New York so we wanted to give them the full experience. The moment we arrived Rick was extremely attentive and helped us with our luggage. Rick also gave us a folder of great places to eat and made us feel comfortable. The apartment is close to a subway station so it was easy to get around and visit Manhattan. We were happy with our stay in the apartment. I would recommend this to people for a get away.
This property was perfect for our family of 4. It had two separate bedrooms. The owner was extremely accommodating and was full of information at check in. We were pleasantly surprised how close we were to the metro and local grocery marts. This is definitely a great taste of Brooklyn! For an inexpensive but still amazing trip, I would definitely stay here again. *there's a toy store directly below the apartment!!!
I loved that we could cook our own meals, which after a day of sightseeing was much appreciated! Everything was in great shape, including pots and pans, dishes and two tvs. The wifi was always working and never dropped me. We can't wait to come back!
The apartment was fantastic! 😀We had everything we needed, and Rick was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Transportation was easily accessible, and there were several restaurants and markets in the area to obtain what we needed. The flowers, refrigerated water, and fruit basket were added touches that were much appreciated! I would highly recommend the property. - Cory R.
