Dutton View is the affordable accommodation every small family and fisherman are after.

Set on the hill top over looking Dutton Way, the easy access from the Princess Hwy and large full circle drive way means no fuss parking for a boat or two.

The split property (2 buildings) has the lounge area separate from the kitchen and sleeping zone with a pathway joining the two together. The lounge has TV, DVD, wood heater and a fold out sofa available for guest use also. Straight off the lounge is the double lock up garage with BBQ.

The kitchen/dining area is much like cabin facilities, and features a fantastic fully epuipped kitchen with reverse cycle airconditioning/heating. Two open bedrooms house two queen beds (sleeping for 4) with combined laundry /shower facilities and seperate toilet.

A small deck at the front of the main kitchen area allows full view of the fenced yard and Portland coastline.

*Seasonal rates apply. Advertised nightly rate is for 2 guests. A guest surcharge of $10 per guest per night above 2 guests applies. All bookings have a one off $35 booking fee applied by PSHS. Additional third party booking fees may apply depending on the website you are booking through.
