About this property

Most convinient ski Condo you'll ever stay in at Heavenly. Come in for lunch or a cup of hot chocolate. This Condo is closer than the lodge to the lift. The building has an elevator for even easier access. Currently under modernization and is in-operable. Scheduled completion by August 2024. Park your car in the covered carport and never pack gear or deal with parking again.

This Condo offers a fully equiped kitchen, a cozy living room, LCD Flat screen TV with built in DVD player, cable access, dining area seats six. The two bedrooms are up 10 steps from living area. The Master has a king bed and a tub in the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd bathroom is in the hall (shower stall only). In unit Washer and Dryer makes life a lot simpler.
Play with your small children on the enclosed above street level party deck in safety.

Located on Nevada side of the ski resort. Beautiful views of the Carson Valley.

Fantastic location!

Great condo! Plenty of room! The location was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of spices. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. It was ideal for making meals. The condo had many extras to make the stay feel like home. We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Alas no snow for our ski in ski out. The location is so great, we drove easily to several ski resorts. Karmine was so helpful otherwise. Gave me loads of info. Very accurate description. Quick to respond. This was one of the best stocked homes I have ever rented. Everything you need is here: oil, spices, foil, dishwashing soap, laundry soap. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We were there over Christmas and they even had holiday mugs, cups, towels. Perfect for families with a bunch of movies and games. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Great location

This is a great condo right at the base of stagecoach lift. Unfortunately the elevator was not working while we were there, however it wasn’t too bad as there were only about 2 1/2 flights of stairs to the condo. The cleaning crew had missed a sticky mess in the kitchen, so I did have to clean that up when we arrived. Aside from that it was a wonderful stay we had plenty of snow and Karmine was easy to get in touch with and responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrific Place for Skiing. Would go again

Super, super convenient. Plenty of room. REALLY liked the proximity to the ski lift and to ski rental. Great local restaurant a short drive away. The condo is full of games, a complete kitchen and a nice large TV.

We are a family of skiers and love the conveniences of this condo. We are not there to shop or gamble, but to ski! This condo is set up to for skiing (boarding) and then resting in comfort with modern amenities without dealing with the crowds. You are a local resident when your here not a tourist. Once you are here you don't have to leave, unless you choose to.

Why they chose this property

We have been skiing the Tahoe area for years. We are tired of the lodging hunt everytime we want to go skiing at a top resort. This solves our problem. We can reach NorthStar and Squaw Valley within 1 hour from here if we choose to.
