Great house in a safe area

We absolutely did enjoy our stay at this house. The beds are very comfy and the location is near to highway, to South Beach, to Key Biscayne as well. Gabriel, the host is very nice and answers quickly in case of any help. We would go there anytime!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es hat eine super Anbindung und man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten am Strand, in der Stadt, auf dem Highway etc. Das Haus hat sehr komfortable Betten und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Waschmachine und Trockner ist super,vor allem wenn man wie wir mit Kids reist. Die vorhandenen Sonnenschirme sind etwas demoliert und sollten vielleicht ersetzt werden,aber sonst gibt es von unserer Seite nichts zu bemängeln. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist vorhanden. Gerne stehen wir bei Fragen zur Verfügung.

Super cute and clean!

Clean, clean and clean! The home is exactly like the pictures shown. The air conditioner worked great and the beds were very comfortable. All the appliances were newer and worked as expected. We found the location to be decent, quiet and close to many places. My family and I loved our Miami experience!

My one suggestion would be to have the owner provide a few laundry pods. Don’t eat them people! Anyway, they weren’t something we wanted to pack in our suit case and we needed to make a special trip to buy them. Everything else we needed was provided.

House was very clean when we arrived.

We enjoyed the location and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only issue we had was the key lock pad so we just made sure we had the keys with us each time we left. Great property and we would love to stay again.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback. All the interior Keypad mechanism on all my properties where recently upgraded. I apologize for the inconvenience as my lock company upgraded their systems. All key pads are functioning perfectly with the upgraded features.

Quaint bungalow in quiet neighborhood

Our party of four stayed pre-cruise for a few nights and couldn't have been happier. The information provided prior to staying was very useful and we took advantage of many things included in the email. The unit is still in good condition given the number of people staying here. Sure, a couple of things could be addressed like peeling paint and installation of a water dam for the shower, but these are not show stoppers. This is a great value for what is included.

Simply Perfect

My friends and myself it was 4 women we had a lovely stay at Gabriel's rental it was clean and welcoming very homey little house in a peaceful neighborhood. Gabriel himself was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. I'd definitely stay their again. Most of the outings I had planned were in South Beach the house was maybe 30 minutes away with traffic and their was a lot of traffic but it was still close enough to everything the beach and restaurants. It was nice not staying in a hotel on South Beach in the hustle and bustle I'm from New Orleans so that would have been like living on Bourbon Street, No Thanks! If I had to something in opposition to awesome; I'd say he gave me a door code but it wasn't working properly but he rushed right over from next door; where he lives and gave us a set of keys (so no worries there) and we only had two rolls of tissue this was more serious than not having a key to me. 4 girls in one house? no way that's gonna work.. In the future Gabriel stock up on tissue LOL. but all was well Thank you for your hospitality
