Beautiful stucco four bedroom, two bath house located on 1.34 acres. Loads of parking for all your jeeps, trailers, dirt bikes and vehicles. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains from the front windows and the red rock cliffs of Moab Rim from the rear. This is not your standard Moab rental - which are mostly condos - you will have room to spread out here! We have a large fenced area - perfect for pets.

Located in the Spanish Valley area of Moab, you will be able to drive directly to trails but are only 7.5 miles from downtown Moab. The closest trails are located near Ken's Lake including Flat Pass - mountain biking trail - and Steel Bender - Jeep trail. You are also close to La Sal Mountain Loop Road for some great mountain and road biking in the La Sals during the hot summer months.

House is beautifully furnished and has full kitchen and great room with all the amenities including WiFi, satellite TV, fireplace, A/C, and radiant heating in floors. All floors are beautifully finished concrete.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining bath which includes a claw-foot tub and fantastic slate shower. Second bedroom contains another queen bed. Third bedroom contains a full-size bed and fourth bedroom contains two twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with satellite TVs. The second bath is large and fully tiled with tub and shower.

Perfect vacation house

There is a reason that this rental books months ahead - it's because the house is absolutely perfect for a vacation in this area. The view is stunning the house is extremely well decorated and well kept up. The beds are very comfortable , the bathrooms are luxurious, The kitchen is perfect for any type of cooking and is very well stocked. The grill is excellent and the fire pit is lovely - we roasted marshmallows at night. The house is located in a very quiet area. The stunning views of the red rock mountains and nighttime stars are breathtaking. Anything you need is a very quick drive away in nearby Moab. The house has a very large front yard and side yard and backyard and is very private.

Perfect !

We really enjoyed the place. The owner even had extras that you normally don't get (shamooo, etc, etc,). Wasn't dated or run down inside. Driveway was great to get the trailer into with toys. Will ready again. Thank you.

Moab home

The home was nice. We enjoyed our time there. I did have a few issues though worth mentioning. I did not feel the home was very clean. It was evident it hadn't been dusted for a long time and the floors weren't clean. The listing said there were extra blankets of which there were none. We had to go buy batteries to use the remotes. Someone had taken the batteries out of them. I had emailed the owner that our number of people expected had changed in advance as well as not needing to accommodate a pet and asked about getting the additional people charge and pet fee refunded but never got a response.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We often hear that the house is dusty. Believe me, the house is cleaned thoroughly prior to the arrival of each guest. However, Moab is in the desert and it can be rather windy in the spring. Dust can get in through the evaporative cooler and open doors and windows. We also have finished concrete floors that are mopped prior to the arrival of each guest. However, we do not wax them to avoid creating slip hazards for our guests. Therefore, the floors are not shiny. We do periodic deep cleaning during the off season. I did not receive an email from the guests. Phone numbers are provided upon booking and we encourage guests to call if they are getting no response from email. Finally, we have a local property manager who will address any issues with the property upon check in or throughout the stay. We want your stay to be perfect!
