About this property

Perfect for overloaded singles/ couples and small families. Simple living: elegant cottage offering a fresh start with a completely remodeled kitchen and bath with a delightful blend of traditional and modern elements. Situated in the heart of the beautiful and peaceful historic village of Cotuit. WALK to local market, restaurant, harbor and beach or just walk for your pleasure to discover the historical captains’ houses and treasured gardens around us. Great place for children and bikes.

Bedroom features a queen size bed and additional air mattress (with electric inflator - works in no time) that makes it ideal for couple with 1 or 2 children. Graco Playpen is provided for our tiny but very important quests. Other possible sleeping arrangement: a comfortable modern sleeping sofa in the living room can be easily converted to queen size bed for an additional 2 persons, great solution for a smart family on a budget.

Cottage has a private driveway and entrance, plus a brick patio under a pergola in the newly re-landscaped garden. It shares playground equipment (swings, slide, play fort) and beach gear (including 3 kayaks) with the main house (see listing #3779658). Enjoy the outdoor evenings grilling or roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Plus new outdoor shower was just added.
Winter monthly rental available as well.

Cute + Cozy for small family

My husband, daughter (14 months), and I stayed for our trip to the Cape and we had a wonderful time. Miriam was very accommodating, providing a highchair and pack-and-play for our daughter. I enjoyed sitting on the patio under the lights in the evening. It was the perfect place for our newly mobile daughter. Wish we had time to use the outdoor shower, firepit, and beach accessories! Thanks again!

Cotuit Vacation

The cottage was very comfortable and spacious for 2 adults. Great in town location. Kitchen very well appointed. The bed was a little too soft and bouncy for our liking. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.

Nice family trip

We had a great stay despite weather that didn’t fully cooperate for the beach. The cottage is adorable and we liked the quiet location. There was a market and restaurant within walking distance which was nice. All in all it was wonderful to get away and enjoy some family time.
