Hello, we are Jeff and Gina Paglialonga, owners of TeemingVR (Teeming Vacation Rentals). Our love for travel spans decades as does our romance (high school sweethearts, fellow UF graduates, married 30+ years with four children, traveled to 6 out of the 7 continents). Jeff also has owned an Allstate Insurance Agency since 1990, achieving the highest company award of Top in Country. We personally own 3 vacation rentals ourselves and manage over 225 properties, located in St Pete/Clearwater, St Augustine/Flagler and Panama City Beach. Pooling very different skill sets but very common passions, we make perfect partners. We are truly blessed, loving what we do and loving doing it together. We have built our home on faith, family, and fun; and strive to build this company on the same. We not only love to travel ourselves, but also love helping fellow travelers plan their ideal vacation. Email Us or Send A Message and someone from our helpful, friendly “teem” will help you book your dream vacation!

Guestbook comments from the manager

We recently rented unit 402 at The Palms. We were very impressed with the unit's first appearance. Everything was sparkling clean, neat and orderly. There was a fresh clean scent in the air. The bedrooms were very roomy and comfortable in every way. I rather enjoyed sitting at the bar top to enjoy beverages and snacks. The unit is equipped with 2 full size bathrooms, one of which has a garden tub with built in spa. My wife enjoyed this very much. The second bathroom had a shower with glass enclosure. I had to clean the shower head because it wasn't operating properly due to iron build up in the nozzle. This was the hardest I had to work on my entire vacation, and it took me all of 3 minutes to fix! The air conditioner in the unit worked very well and was very quiet. The washer/dryer combo unit was very much appreciated as we didn't have any dirty clothes for the return trip home. All in all I feel that my money was well spent on a fabulous unit that exceeded my expectations. The only complaint that I have is that we did purchase the recreation package and feel that the package was a waste of money. The package was $79 and as it turns out, ALL of the recreation items are shared by the users in the building. There were 6 bicycles to use, of which only one was road worthy so we couldn't go for a ride. The kayaks were almost never available and when they were, someone took the seatbacks off and brought them in so that they would be there when they wanted to use them again. The beach chairs were too few, because one family was taking the chairs to their unit. There were beach carts and life jackets horse shoes and gas grills available but we didn't use them so I can't over an opinion on those items. Lastly, the pool area- the pool was beautiful and always impeccably clean, yet I never once witnessed any one maintain it! There is a hot tub which is oh so great after a long day at the beaches or what have you. The switch to start the hot tub was broken upon our arrival so using a little old fashioned yankee ingenuity I was able to get it to work and stay working for my entire visit. The unit itself was worth every penny spent on vacation. The view from the 4th floor corner unit is amazing! The building is very quiet, and even more so after dark. Parking was plentiful and everyone always respected us and our personal property. Rent it. I promise you, you WON'T be disappointed!

Surprisingly Great!

  • 5 of 5

The condo was perfect for us. First BEDS are very comfortable. I had an accident a few years back and always have trouble sleeping. Not here. Bathrooms large and the tub was great. I thought the walk would be too far and it was fine. It is along the widest part of the beach but a beach wagon helped tremendously. The pool and hot tub are immaculate as well as the grounds. A few things are sketchy to look at but understandable (bird wire and railing protectors) as well as the many signs of what to do and not do. We have not seen this before but understandable by the last day. Some people just don't care and lack good sense. The unit itself is nice. Bring what you want or need. Again it is not a hotel. Enough kitchen stuff to cook but longer than 5 days I would bring more things. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair for my husband. We are sit down for dinner family There are stools and a place to eat at counter and at coffee table but we also did dinner on the porch. The bedroom could use curtains as the lights from outside the walkway are really bright. Note there are not rugs so it is hard on the feet. It lacks they home-touches but we were so busy didn't notice too much. We will stay again for sure.Go to Shell Island take the shuttle cheapest way for the day. Note it is not Sanibel Island as far as the shelling. We rented wave runners. It is a very fun and easy. Ate at the Shrimpys Bistro. It is a must and ignore the location. Well worth it. Excellent cajun flair and we spend many, many weeks in a year NOLA. Thanks for the quick response and help in booking. Lovely time.

We had a great time and loved the unit except for the living room furniture which was large and not comfortable. We enjoyed the views if both the interglacial and gulf. The convenience of everything within walking distance w.as great.

Perfect Treasure Island condo

  • 5 of 5

The condo was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. Great location, terrific view of the ocean, easy walk right across the street to the beach, and close to many bars/restaurants. The balcony was huge and just perfect for watching the sunset. Inside was comfortable with two nice sized bedrooms. Loved the convenience of having Publix right next door. One thing that would've been nice was having a dresser in the master bedroom. Other than that it truly was perfect and we can't wait to come back.

This is a beautiful condo with great views.....

  • 4 of 5

This is the first time that Iv'e ever done a vacation rental and I didn't know what to expect. When I arrived at the property I could not get in. I called the number that I registered with and they said it was in an email they sent out with instructions. I didn't get it, but they resent it to me then text me the code to get into the condo and the room. The next problem was trying to print out a parking pass on their computer. I tried using my wifi and print it off on the phone, but their printer wasn't connected to the wifi. I then had to login to my gmail account on their computer and bring up my email and print it off that way. I do not understand why they just don't have these printed off and left in your room, it would make this process so much easier. Anyways on to the condo itself. This was an outstanding place. It had 2 beds and 2 baths, with a kitchen living room, 2 balconies overlooking the ocean and a washer/dryer. Here are a few problems I had with this unit.

1. The door code would let me in one time, but it was easily taken car of with a call.

2. The master bathroom shower/tub wouldn't drain and had little water pressure, after calling them they fixed it why'll we were gone that day.

3. There was a couple of nights with I guess heavy rain and it flooded through the front door and the master bedroom sliding glass door. Don't know how they can fix this, but it was a problem.

4. The blinds in the master bedroom need to be taken out and replaced with some black out blinds. It was like daylight in the room at night with the spotlights they had outside the room.

Now besides all these little things, I would decently stay in this unit again and after doing it once I would think the next time would be smoother.

If you are looking for a great view and place to stay I would try this unit.

A wonderful week on top of Treasure Island.

  • 5 of 5

This was our third "escape" to Treasure Island and the Palms definitely made it the best. We had a great view from our 4th floor balcony and watched the sunset nearly every evening from it. The amenities were more than adequate and the unit was very clean and comfortable. My wife wanted to take the bed from the Master Suite home with us ! When one travels to "get away" it's all about location. I rented a car which it turns out we didn't need as one can walk to any of the local hot spots from this location. I sincerely believe that one can "uber" anywhere from here cheaper than car rental. We loved it so much that we are seriously looking to return next year. If the Palms had two elevators, we would give it 6 stars.
