About this property

The one bedroom condo faces the Schuss course and is just steps to Schuss Mountain for your winter recreation! The condo has a full bath, kitchenette, cable TV and a small sofa bed in the living area for additional sleeping space. The updated kitchenette has a small fridge, cook top, microwave, dishwasher. The Schuss golf course is out the back door and the Schuss ski area is just a short walk from the condo.

Schuss pool access--$500 if pass lost

Please note: If not a family with kids, all guests must be 25 or older

Please Note: a refundable security deposit is required on all rentals ranging from $100 to $500 based on the place. This is refunded upon departure as long as no damages and the pool pass is present where applicable. If an Airbnb reservation, Airbnb will charge this fee when necessary.

Property was fine , only issue was the smell of this place was that of something that never gets used or stays closed up for very long periods , the bathroom had a Oder of urine for some reason,

Condo with frog songs...

Very cute and clean 1 bedroom condo - on the golf course and listen to swampy frogs at night. Adorable features and all the needs of home for great price at schuss mountain. Access to 4 pools - we tried the 2 outdoor! Recommend. Minifridge nice but no freezer rack was my only surprise - for my ice packs - so bring own ice if want.
