Amazing!! Our stay was absolute heaven!

We loved staying at Jeff and Debs home in Kauai. It was the most stylish and comfortable stay we have stayed in. The home is surrounded by greenery, very well appointed and Jeff was always so prompt with communication. We found everything we needed and more. The beach was a great walk closeby - perfect for our baby son to splash around in. We loved having bbqs on the lanai. We highly recommend staying in this wonderful home

Princeville Gem

Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai.

Well equipped bungalow

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet bungalow. It had everything we needed. The surrounding gardens are so lush and lovely. We were very comfortable here. Great location!

Aloha from our Ohana to yours! We are based out of Denver, Colorado with Kauai being our second home. This bungalow is a long time dream made possible, we plan on living here full time once we retire. We are happy to share our Hale and our dream with you as our guest.

Why they chose this property

Kauai has a magic to it that welcomes you in and keeps you constantly in awe. This Princeville bungalow is in a prime location, situated off the walking path into Princeville Center where you can enjoy restaurants and shopping, weekend farmer's markets and sunset strolls with sweeping mountain views. Head out back of the bungalow and down the historic tree lined Queen Emma's carriage path to Wyllie Beach (the furthest extent of Anini Beach and a favorite spot to site sea turtles). all while only a 7 minute scenic drive down to Hanalei. The bungalow offers a large private lanai with golf course views and gorgeous tropical garden.

What makes this property unique

We love the privacy and tranquility of the bungalow with its expansive main suite, vaulted ceilings and native wood features. The spacious lanai and wine cooler make it perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The double headed shower in the main suite is the perfect luxury to get that sand out of your hair. When you're in the bungalow you are close to everything, but feel like you have your own piece of paradise.
