Why David and Erica Stahler chose Burke

Burkeside 116 is our second unit in the Burkeside complex. We love our building's location--as close as you can get to the action, while still affording guests more privacy than some of Burkeside's other buildings--and are excited by Burke Mountain's development.

What makes this condo unique

Burkeside 120 and 116 make great companion units for two families looking to share ski or biking adventures on the mountain!

Great place for Mountain Biking Weekend

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here in early July for a guys Mountain Bike Trip. The place was the perfect size, clean with a nice deck off the back. Whether you are staying to ski or mountain bike the trails for either are right outside the door. We would absolutely use this place again.

Great visit to Burke!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful experience. The owners were terrific. The unit was very equipped with everything in working order. You can't beat the location. We were a little worried about noise from other units but ended up not hearing anything at all. We had a great stay and plan to go back again soon!

Burke holidays

  • 5 of 5

David and Erica are wonderful hosts, very responsive and caring for their guests. We remained in touch throughout our stay, and they were really helpful. The apartment is located at the bottom of the mountain, literally 30 steps from the Sherburne Express lift and lodge. Despite very cold weather, it was warm inside, and we had no problem accommodating our party of 4 adults and 4 teenagers.

We liked the accommodations other than the fact that the rooms were not enclosed by partitions.
