Burkeside 116 is ideally situated for those looking to enjoy a winter ski vacation at Burke Mountain's alpine and Nordic centers, biking adventures on the world-famous Kingdom Trails and Burke Mountain Bike Park, or a broader exploration of Vermont's scenic Northeast Kingdom. Burkeside 116 is steps away from the Sherburne Base Lodge, home of the Tamarack Grill restaurant and bar, as well as the Sherburne high-speed quad lift. Park your car upon arrival and leave it till it's time to go home, while you enjoy all the mountain has to offer. In spring, summer, and fall, hop on your bike and have direct access to the Kingdom Trails network and the new Burke Mountain Bike Park.

Our condo features three levels, a spacious family room with a 42" HDTV, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, locking storage for bikes or skis, three bathrooms (one full, one 3/4 bath, one 1/2 bath), a basement level bedroom perfect for kids (XBOX 360, flat-screen HDTV), and a private deck.

Burkeside 116 is comfortably furnished for a large family or 2-3 couples looking for a Vermont getaway. We look forward to offering you a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.

The condo was clean and renovated. The beds were very comfortable. The condo had all the neccessities and is really well situated for some mountain biking. I recommend this stay!

Another fabulous stay

It was our third time staying in one of this family's condos at Burke. It is a superb accomodation for numerous reasons including: It is very clean and well equipped (plenty of sheets, towels, kitchen gear, etc); It is about 100 meters from the chair lift; and the owners could not make things easier or clearer with check in, check out, and being quickly responsive to any questions. We had an added bonus that our friends rented their other condo four doors away and that made for great fun with our two families being so close in proximity while having our own space.

Men's mountain bike weekend!

For the second year in a row our group of 5 adult men had a wonderful stay the the condo. David (the owner) was very responsive and accommodating and the condo was a perfect launching point for all of our activities. The unit is clean and well furnished with towels and linens provided. It gave us immediate access to the trails and was walking distance to the Tamarack Grill at the Burke base lodge and a short drive to the center of town. Highly recommended! Thank you again for a great Vermont mountain bike weekend!

Great Place!

I had my wedding at Burke and rented this Condo. It was the perfect size with more than enough room! Had everything that we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Plus it was right on the mountain and walking distance to the lodge!

Great clean rental

Everything was great, good communication with owner. The owner let us stay for a late check out. It was very nice to pick up our stuff after the bike ride before returning home; we will rent this unit again..
