Very comfortably furnished and well-equipped (including a gourmet kitchen), kept in great shape by an active local owner, the Cooley Cottage offers a quiet yet very convenient location. There is just a short walk to a beach access with a lifeguard stand. Virtually no traffic on this cul-de-sac, yet right in the heart of Nags Head activities, whether it be swimming at the beach or sound, shopping, or a variety of outdoor family activities. Plus it’s pet friendly! Grab those boogie boards and take a short walk to the beach where your family and your pooch can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean at its best.
Restaurants, Nags Head Fishing Pier, coffee shops, shopping, and a variety of family amusements are all a short walk away from the quiet yet convenient location of this cottage. This is the perfect spot for those athletes coming for marathons! The cottage is a block from where the November race starts!

Great Location

We love staying at CCC! Some highlights? The size of the cottage is perfect for a family, the kitchen is updated and well appointed, the beds are very comfortable, and the outdoor shower is great! Best of all is the location… walking distance to the beach, Dowdy Park, and Tortugas Lie. We will stay here again and again!

Wonderful stay at CCC

The home is very tastefully and lovingly decorated. Many of the pieces of artwork were created by the grandchildren of the owners. You can tell the this is truly a family vacation home and that they take pride in the cottage. The kitchen is well equipped and the family room/ kitchen are very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Located near lots of restaurants and shopping. We hope to return.
