1 bedroom 1 and a half baths located on 24 acres with a white board fence. All modern amenities, Direct TV, WIFY, and a remote gated drive. Check out the pictures. Great for reunions or weddings. There are horse stables if someone is traveling with a horse to the area. Open barn hall would be great for the motorcycle as well. This unit does have stairs and the 1 bath and bedroom is located on the second floor overlooking the living room area. Very convenient for UT Ballgames and events as will close to the Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Gatlinburg.

Located on 24 acres. Very well decorated and unique that it would accomidate the traveler with a pull behind trailer and easy access to I-40, close to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville.
This was the perfect get away! Such a beautiful home. Everything we needed was a short drive away. We had someone come every other day to pick up trash. The hot tub felt amazing! Plan to visit again! Thank you!!
We spend a lot of fall weekends in East TN for football games & hate that we haven't found this jewel before now! We'll definitely stay here again when we can! Don't stay in an over-priced hotel when you can stay here! Very nice!
As the other reviewer said, the pictures don't do this place justice. This is a gorgeous stand-alone horse stable with an exquisite apartment home attached. We affectionately called it the "Horse Barn" as a jest. While it is indeed a stable, it's about as far from a Tennessee barn as you can get. : )
The approach to the farm is breathtaking, as you enter through the iron gates. The entire property is immaculately clean, including the stables and vast grounds. Obviously someone with excellent taste in design and style has decorated the inside of the Horse Barn with top-of-the-line furnishings. It looks like it was remodeled recently with state-of-the-art touches that spared no expense. The steeple light on the Horse Barn is a unique touch, and we turned it on every evening that we went out so it was like a beacon calling us home.
The property is located just 3-4 minutes off I-40 on Strawberry Plains and about 10-15 minutes from Downtown Knoxville. There isn't a grocery store nearby, so we drove into Knoxville for food supplies. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. We didn't lack for any utensils or cookware, and we cooked almost every day. There are many restaurants on Straw Plains exit.
Our only issue during our two weeks was with the tv, and the owners had it fixed and replaced the same day. Fantastic customer service!
Tina was very prompt with any questions we had and gave detailed explanations. We felt like we 'owned' the place during our stay. We look forward to staying there again and have already recommended it to friends and family. : )
Note: The large windows pictured on almost one complete side of the house face the loft bedroom. If you have trouble sleeping with light, you may want to bring an eye mask, as there are no blinds on the giant windows and it can be bright in the morning. We thought it was a beautiful way to wake up, but for light-sensitive sleepers, it's something to be aware of.
Convenient to interstate I-40, University of Tennessee and Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville area. Located on 24 acres with stables. Nothing stabled but a very nice horse barn with a gated drive and room for trailer parking. Great for motorcycles as well. Convenient to the Dragon. Have animals going to UT Vet Hospital? Great place. Very easy access for any type of traveler with trailer.
