ABSOLUTE beachfront duplex property located in beautiful Whangapoua. This holiday home consists of the main house and a guest house, accommodating up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms plus the guest lounge, serviced by 3.5 bathrooms. All modern facilities are featured, comfortable furnishings, the latest entertainment systems and there?s a gas fireplace providing even more reason to enjoy a winter get-a-way in this amazing location.

Sleeps 9. Minimum 4 days. Magnificent beach front property at Whangapoua. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house both with ensuites. The master bedroom (King bed) provides endless sea views and you will also have sea views from the second bedroom (Queen bed). The kitchen is very well equipped providing a double door fridge/freezer and a beer fridge. The lounge provides a big plasma TV, DVD and home theatre system and ipod connect. The laundry is together with the separate toilet downstairs providing washing machine, tub and drier. The self contained guesthouse provides a kitchenette with bar fridge. The lounge provides a medium sized LCD TV, DVD and home theatre system and ipod connect. Unlimited complementary broadband/wifi. The bedroom downstairs provides a queen bed and a single. Climb the stairs and find the second bedroom providing a queen sized bed, a single sized bed and a trundler bed. The guesthouse provides a full bathroom plus separate toilet. Outdoor facilities include wooden table with 10 chairs, umbrella, gas patio heater and BBQ. No smoking or tents, pets by arrangement (small dogs/cat can be considered). Two cars only permitted on site ? park directly behind guesthouse please. Trailer boats and additional cars: On grass verge next to driveway entrance please.
