Our custom furnished, newly painted, 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home (1 w/ king bed, 2 w/ queen beds and with two twin beds each) will comfortably accommodate 12 people. Located in a very safe area with beautiful surroundings, this one-story house is your perfect vacation spot. Neither adults nor children will ever get bored as you will be only minutes away from all attractions. You are guaranteed to have a great time! Too hot? Not a problem! The house has a screened, heated (optional) pool with a gorgeous pond view! Adjacent to the pool is a covered lanai with a table set for that quiet evening. (Baby guard screen surrounds the pool).The house has 4 smart TV's, a DVD player and WiFi. Leather sofa in your comfortable and welcoming living room, lovely breakfast nook in the kitchen, beautiful dining room -- all make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Winter Escape

The house was very clean, had plenty of towels,wash clothes and beach towels for the pool. To heat the pool you will need some warmer nights so it can heat up during the day. The heater will only heat the pool about 10 degrees above the temp outside, so just keep that in mind. King master bed was comfortable. The house is in a sub division and all the homes are close to one another we were thinking that it would be loud but to our surprise it was quite. We walked the neighborhood and found state parks to walk almost every day. The house is close to Publix and other places to visit just be aware of the time of day to travel the traffic is busy. An outlet mall that’s 3 miles away will take 30 min to drive. If your use to traffic it’ll be no big deal. The owners are super responsive and are willing to help in any way they can if needed and if anything comes up they were very good at letting me know. If your planning on staying a while as we did and if you choose to take a short cruise it’s great as we chose to. The port is about 1.5hr drive. It was nice to drive and just hop on a boat for a cruise and not worry about flying in the day before or worrying about flying back home. The game room is in the garage so you’ll park outside. We were hoping to have a garage to park in, but if that’s not an issue then your good. The one thing I’d have to say is that if it’s a larger group staying in the home there’s really not a lot of sitting room but I know to some that’s not an issue.

Great house in nice neighborhood

The beds we’re comfortable, house was nice and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was nice and clean ( pool cleaner came out during our stay) and we enjoyed having actual cable TV rather than Roku when we wanted to listen to the news or watch a program on rainy days. The owners are great if you have any questions or concerns. We’ve rented this house before and hope to rent it again. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Great HOME away from HOME!

The house was beyond our expectations! Perfect distance from the parks and shopping centers! Alex and Katia were always great with replying to our concerns prior and after our visit. Definitely recommend this home! Thank you again!!!
