* Security Deposit Required at check inn $1200.

* 13% Taxes on top to the rental.

Minimum Check-In Age: 18 with Government Photo ID for verification.

Parking Policy: Underground assigned parking spot is available for an additional $29 per day with unlimited in and out and accessible from elevators.

Internet Access: Complimentary High Speed Broadband Wi-Fi, fair usage policy applies, bandwidth limit 1GB and $9/GB for overage.


You will be given ONE (1) set of FOB and Suite Key on arrival.

Please leave set on Dining Table when departing.

Non-returned keys will incur a $175.00 fee per set.


Smoking is NOT allowed inside the suite. Additional charges will apply to those tenants caught smoking inside the suite.

You may smoke downstairs outside of building.


NO PETS allowed whatsoever per condominium bylaws.


Unit may NOT be used for any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws, Ontario insurance rules and regulations, or subdivision restrictions.

NO loud music to be played past 9.00 pm per Ontario Condo law & Management rules to respect other residents comfort.

No resident shall create or permit the creation or continuance of any noise or nuisance (either within a unit or on the common elements) which, in the opinion of the board or property manager, may or does disturb the comfort or quiet enjoyment of the units or common elements by other owners or their family members, tenants, guests, licensees and invitees.

According to the Corporation's Declaration and Corporation's Rules, as an owner you are responsible for the actions of your family members, guests, tenants and their visitors and you are in violation of the Quiet Enjoyment Rule.

NO Parties Or Unauthorized Guests allowed at the condo.


(a) Each resident of the Condominium shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of their family members, tenants, guests, licensees and invitees.

(b) Any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Condominium by reason of a breach of any rule by any resident (or their family members, tenants, guests, licensees and/or invitees) shall be the responsibility of and shall be paid for by such resident and may be recovered by the Condominium against such resident in the same manner as common expenses."

Don’t get fooled by the list price. List price for 4 nights was $1716. Don’t forget to add the cleaning fee, the additional guest fee, the service fee and the real kicker the fine print 13% tax that is added when you arrive. From $1716 to $2900 – almost double. We also didn’t get the unit we reserved. 15 floors lower- therefore no view of the water as advertised and shown in the pictures representing the unit, no stainless steel appliances and far cheaper furniture. The host only admitted it was a different unit when we called him on it. We were then given the famous “water damage in the unit you rented” excuse. Give me a break.

One of the reasons we chose this condo was not only the proximity to the Rogers Center but the advertised amenities available to renters, such as the fitness center. When we asked our host how to access the gym area he told us that it was only accessible if you rented long term (30 days or more). Nowhere in the rental description did it say anything about that. Yet another disappointment.

The level of customer service this host provides is rude and pathetic. When dishing out this amount of money you would expect to be treated with respect and potentially to have something done to compensate the obvious downgrade of the unit and amenities claimed to be provided. None of this was done. We would never recommend renting from this host.

Great spot, lots of room. I agree with some other reviewers though, that it lacked a 'home-y' feel. Some decorations on the wall would help, and most of - BLINDS! We had a couple people sleeping in the living room area, and they were woken up quite early to the bright sun beaming in.

Perhaps more of a beef with Travel mob - the pricing was in USD, and tax wasn't charged until we arrived (vs entirely handled through a middle party, like Airbnb), so it was significantly more expensive than originally thought.

If you are heading into town with a few people to check out the harbor activities, CN Tower or the Aquarium then this is a awesome location and the apartment is great. Since we only had a day or so to explore this was fine. If you want to really spread out across the town though it will take more walking and know how with a lot of stairs. Before our arrival our host did not supply any info on how to get to the condo or what we restaurants would be open after our late arrival so it was a rough start with a very cranky child. We should have just gone to the grocery store in hind-sight. I guess that is the overall pro-con of condo vs hotel; pro is that you get the space that you need and con is that you have no maps or travel guides or concierge. I would encourage our host to offer more local advise to help with the arrival in the future. Amenities in the condo were as shown with a nice variety of dishes, appliances and towels, etc. Overall it was a success and I am so glad that I chose 35 Mariner!
