79 sq. m. Condo unit on the 26th floor of Crown Regency Hotel Tower III with an excellent view of the sea.

All within 10 minutes walking distance from our condo: Robinsons Mall, restaurants, schools, yoga center, fruits market, barbecue center, coffee shops, veterinary clinic, convenience stores, thrift shops, pharmacies, fast food chains, pizza places, night clubs, gas stations, karaoke places, money transfer/currency exchangers, hospitals, and banks.

Our place is also great for small gatherings or parties of up to 8-12 persons. All consumable items (food/drinks/condiments) in the kitchen and refrigerator are free. Internet and Wi-Fi, telephone (local calls only) are also free. Dozens of fiction and nonfiction books in the bedrooms which you can read, as well as DVD's. Wireless microphones and a karaoke CD is also available.

No extra charges for additional guests who would like to sleep over during your stay. Flexible check-in and check out time depending on previous or next guest's schedule.

Would just like to let you guys know that there is a low hanging beam that runs across the 2nd floor hallway, if you're over 5'8" in height you have to duck a little bit when passing through on the way to the bedrooms.

There is 1 king size bed, 2 single size beds, an extra single sized foam mattress and a single size air bed stowed away which you can use. The living room couch is very comfortable too for sleeping. You can bring another air bed if you like and lay it out in the living room area when its time to sleep.

As your host, I'll personally welcome and show you around the condo once you arrive. I manage a small business so I am mostly busy during the day and that leaves you guys to generally enjoy your privacy. But if you need anything or have some questions you can easily contact me on my phone or email. I can also recommend to you an excellent tourist guide ;-)

House Rules: House Rules

1.No smoking please. Seriously, no smoking.

2.You have our blessings to cook your favourite meals in our kitchen. Just remember to clean up afterwards and place everything back to where you found them. Wash the dishes immediately to prevent ants from invading the kitchen.

3.Please keep the place neat and clean.

8.Always turn off the air-conditioning when you leave the apartment. Save electricity, save Mother Earth!

9.If the trash bin(s) is full, please throw it out in the garbage room which is just a door away to the left of the condo unit.

13.If you break any of the glass wares, you have to pay for the entire set.

14.Two sets of towels per registered guest is provided every week.

15.Instructions manual for the washing machine and dryer are provided near the equipments. Please do read and follow instructions before using the equipments.

Cleaning

1.Housekeeping is scheduled once a week (every Thursday) or every after guest checks out.

2.Housekeeping only includes changing of bed sheets, cleaning of bathrooms, sweeping the floor, and dusting of furniture. You are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, washing the dishes, and generally keeping the place neat and clean.

3.Bed sheets and pillow cases are changed after every booking or once every week if you are staying for more than a week.

House Quirks

1.The key card only powers the lights. All the electrical outlets function independently, so if you remove the key card from its slot, the TV or air-conditioning would still function.

2.The wall light near the staircase and the pin lights near the TV does not turn off simultaneously with the other lights when the key card is removed.

Swimming Pool

1.The swimming pools are located at the 9th floor.

2.Only checked-in guests are allowed to use the swimming pools.

3.Wear proper swimming attire.
