About this property

This is home away from home! Tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the popular San Tan Valley subdivision of Johnson Ranch. Spacious master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large walk-in closet and ensuite with soaker tub and separate shower. Three additional bedrooms with queen-size beds and lots of storage. The loft area has a queen-size sleeping sofa. There are televisions in the master bedroom, loft and downstairs family room, basic cable and wifi are also included.

The fully-stocked kitchen has updated appliances including gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator with water dispenser, and opens up into a large dining area and family room. A laundry room and half-bath are also conveniently located downstairs.

The beautiful private heated pool, outdoor fireplace and custom designed barbeque/bar area are waiting for the Snowbirds to arrive! New exterior paint in 2018 and curtains installed along the patio to help keep you cool and provide additional privacy.

Relax in the sunshine, enjoy beautiful mountain views, walk through the quiet neighborhood, play a round of golf at one of the many golf courses in the area, work out at the YMCA just 5 minutes away, take in a show at the nearby movie theatre or go horseback riding or hiking in the local San Tan Mountain Regional Park.

Our home is located approximately 25 minutes from the Phoenix/Mesa Gateway Airport and 50 minutes from Sky Harbor International. Convenient shopping and dining are just minutes away with new places being built consistently in this up and coming area!

Great Stay

The house is in a great location and fit our family's needs for the week. Stocked well with condiments. Since we had beers and water that were already stocked in the fridge, we left some when we checked out. The owners are great and accommodated us with an early check-in because of a flight change. Thank you!
